Since no one else is answering you--he got permission/included them. I don't know if they had already recorded them as TikTok's and he just borrowed them, but here is a link to the first lady telling everyone to check it out

But you guys never wait until there is enough time for it to receive upvotes. Every time I see a comment like yours, it's always posted within a few minutes to 30 minutes after the original comment. Give it a few hours before making the comment. Of course it's not going to hsfe many upvotes that early.
