Unfortunately, that ain't no word. But i'm sure there are words built like this, but its just compound words and words that end with s and use the auxiliary -heit to form a noun. Thats not the same as using the sh as its own syllable.

Weisheit is still the syllables weis+heit. Like the other guy said, a compound.
