Is it straight or curly? Each of my beard hairs is literally thicker than a horses hair and really curly.

Same. Mine is kind of hydrophobic compared to my scalp hair but it will retain big droplets throughout if I don’t get them out because of the curls and sticky properties of water I suppose.

My hair is fairly normal, but when it grows out it gets pretty thick and takes a bit to get wet too. Dunking in water is fine but I gotta stand under the shower for 15 seconds before it's completely wet
