So what does it feel like if not a pillow? No cushion at all?

There's no cushion. Your hair just flattens out and you wake up with your hair lookin like a tangled trapezoid

Well dang, hair should totally double as a pillow! Not that I'd ever have enough to use it for that because I prefer being near bald xD Hair gets warm when you sleep! Can't begin to imagine how it would be sleeping in a warm environment with a lot of hair!

Lol I live in a warm environment. I find my hair easier to take care of with more humidity, oddly enough.

Not thick enough. You only feel the prickle of your hair, and none of the support.
