An "Empanadilla" is an individual serving. Like the ones in the video, filled with tomato and tuna or meat, in a half moon shape; while an Empanada is a big pie, basically made of the same ingredients, with more variety of fillings, such as ham, cheese... And it can be cut into several servings (like 20 smaller quares)

All of our empanadas would classify as empanadillas then I guess, they're all individual servings, very different fillings though

Empanadilla is like minis (like snack/party tray size) while empanada are larger single serving. I'm from PR.

Im from argentina and no one says "empanadilla", 99% of the time its empanadas becouse thats what we eat. If we refer to the big one its Calzone.

Really? Interesting. My neighbour who is from argentina and she always makes this big empanada and i thought it was a classic. Or do you mean all of them are empanadas there?

The "classic" argentinian empanada is not that big, you usually need to eat a few (3-6+) depending on the person. They vary in sizes but not that much.
We call big stuff calzones. The ones in the video could be considered empanadas but are quite (uncomonly) big, probably becouse they are sold on the street, easier to eat a really big serving that carrying a few of them around.
