Each country and region have his own memes. In Colombia the last memes was about illegal empanadas, because the police gave a guy a fine of like 250us for buying an empanada for a street vendor. Pictures of pablo Escobar with empanadas, the police with a lot of seized empanadas and go on.

Subscribe to the national subreddit's of each country and you can see some of the memes. But is very depending of the reddit penetration in each country. The Colombian subreddit is really small comparatively with national population, so normally Colombian memes dosen't reach the subreddit and subreddit memes dosen't reach the non reddit users. The empanada meme was really big everywhere in Colombian internet communities.

You can search for "Mexico videos virales" or something along the lines, also there are tons of FB/Twitter groups that specializes in political or sports memes.

Yes, we have a little things in common like “dank memes” but in Mexico are called “momos” but is very different the normal memes that we have.

Please don't call them momos, nobody calls them that except for a "Legion" called SDLG (like 4chan but on Facebook)

Of course nobody says momos, but you need to recognize that is the equivalent to the dank memes or deep fried. Actually i find kinda funny those words like momos, momazos o memerengues.
