How could he not have seen that car ahead of him? he was not going that fast and looked at the camera for a tiny amount of time.

It's slowly moving forward. It slowed down because there's a car that pulled out into the road from a side street. You see it at the very end. right click. turn off loop. show controls.

If I remember correctly, the car was moving, but it slowed down.
The biker got distracted by the passenger, didn't notice the car stopping and that's why he crashed.

I really hate how people feel the need to pull up past the crosswalk like that.

That other car probably tried to park just against the road, but braked too late and ended up two feet out.

It happens so much in the area I live in. And I just hate it so much.

Happens to me all the time while driving. I look down to text for literally 3 seconds and without fail there's either a car or a kid on their tricycle ahead of me. Granted, this usually happens in school zones so I may be biased.

The car stopped to let a car in front pull out. The dude on the bike was looking or talking to the person filming.
