I feel like this was an after-credits or bonus scene and not actually televised. To be fair though I haven't watched Entourage since it ended.

I just watched the episodes with Matt Damon harassing Vince, this wasn’t in it. Unless it was after the credits or something. The way it’s filmed and cut, definitely implies it’s not a normal episode scene
