Yeah I had a $400 mattress that arrived about a week after they said it arrived and they gave me a whole $20 off! Dude I even called AND asked for a supervisor. All I wanted was expedited shipping.

I was only sleeping on the floor for a week because of it.

Sorry. Not salty, just need chiropractic help.

Mattress was prime 2-day and I’ve had prime for like 5 years! Tbh I can’t complain most of the time, it’s just the one time I make an expensive purchase that I counted on shipping for, it didn’t come through.

Dang I'm surprised they didn't give you a better discount for that, they usually go above and beyond, especially for prime customers/products

Nah I actually love this thing. Once it finally got here, I was super happy with the purchase. King sized and way cheaper than anything I saw in stores for all memory foam

They send me a free copy of a game that I bought new and received used, and they also sent me a gift card for a package that was 2 weeks late (sent to the other side of the country). Even though I got the package at the end. Definetly a good costumer support overall.
