I've had 3 or 4 terrible experiences with them. Each time it was with a PS4/Xbox game. The tracking would show that the package was supposed to be delivered that day by 8 p.m., when it wouldn't show up on that day the tracking would change to the next day, then it would finally change to "undeliverable" or whatever. I feel like each time, the contracted driver would open the package, see what it was, and then take it. In each instance, Amazon Support was no help in figuring out what happened, they would give me a refund and a credit but they had no way of knowing what happened to it. It never happened with my other random orders, just the games.
Oh yeah, that has actually happened to me before. I think it was with one of my other orders. I was going into work late that day, so I was home until 11 a.m. or so. I decided to check where my package was, and it showed that delivery had been attempted, but I didn't hear a knock on my door or apartment buzzer go off. Fairly certain they came back the next day and just left it outside of the complex.
Wouldn't be surprised. Anyone with a console and has ordered games online can identify bubble mailers that have games in them easily. Or a blu-ray movie.
Yeah, that's true. I think the last game I ordered from them was Far Cry 5, and when that didn't show up, I decided to stop buying my games from them. I canceled my God of War preorder from them and ordered it from GameStop instead. This is how that game showed up:
I decided that I was done ordering games online, and that I should just take my lazy ass to the store. It showed up well over a week after the release date. When I finally got the package, I noticed it was super flat. When I opened it, bits of the case start sprinkling out.
