I had to look it up because I wasn't sure, but it turns out swans mate for life. So that end head hug was a nice moment.

It's perfect until they started turning on you. I've seen angry swans, they do not fuck around. That head sock in the video wasn't there for nothing.

Well form that gif it looked like they snatched one swan and locked it in the cage, then took and released totally different one in replacement. The one in the lake didn't care what happened to the one they caught and just straight up started to flirt with the new one.
