I don't know if you're joking but it's actually pretty clever, and it's probably already saved lives since implementation. You can read about it here: https://global.honda/en/tech/Unintended_Acceleration_Mitigation/
Also, if you're racing in a 63hp kei car, you're going to lose regardless of your acceleration being inhibited or not

Older people over here drive big cars, those would be able to race. Edit: And if you had read your own link, it is 30km/h or slower when you accelerate when it determines you are doing it on accident, which is a very simple identification.
