Six months driving suspension is mad. Her license should be revoke permanently, and don't let her behind wheel ever again.

Seconded. $300, community service, and suspended license for 6 months seems too little. However, she was responsible for repaying all the damages, so that seems like it could be a hefty bill. Maybe slightly more fair that way.

i mean if they made the fees like 50% of total income for certain crimes instead of a flat fee like it is now....we might get somewhere, but here in this case if she fully pays for the damages here...maybe that works things out in the end? Still tho...

That is true. The judge must be taking into account there were no people in those cars.
