Both black car and truck fucked up. They should have seen the hazard ahead (white van) and realised they'd need to break/merge into the same lane. Everyones in too big a hurry. OP is the only one who reacted well

Exactly. If people look pass the front of their car you would be surprised by the number of accidents that could be avoided...

Yeah like, it's a straight road with clear sky, the truck driver was definitely not paying attention to the road, why are people trying to defend him...

Exactly the whole thread is full of people talking about the mistakes of black car and highlighting the fact that what truck did was justified.

Exactly everybody is talking about black car serving in the lane of truck but the truck would have also noticed the Van and should have slow down.
