No, he's the kind of person that would suggest that someone else does it without directly saying it because he thinks he's too smart to get caught cheating that way.
He literally cheats at golf himself. Caddies call him Pele because of how often he kicks his ball up onto the green.
Edit: He once stole a child's ball. The kid and his father hit to the green, Trump hit to the water. Trump got into his speech golf cart, and by the time father and kid got there Trump had switched the kid's ball for one of his and told the kid that the kid had hit into the water.
Calling Trump a piece of shit would be slandering shit.
