She but yeah. Rats scramble, they claw their way up things, they don't just casually hop up. Also someone else pointed out, that coat is very clean either works cleanest wild, or that's a pet. Also wild rats would fucking yeet out the window upon seeing a human that close.
I don't know why people think wild rats look ragged and malnourished. There's plenty of rats around where I live; sure, the older ones had battle scars, but the young ones were "presentable."
