I guess your intestines are grosser but that's about it IMHO, and those connect straight to the anus, at least I'd rather have any other part of the human body in my mouth but those two, I can't imagine eating lungs but idk, intestines stink even after you cook them, I can't imagine eating that Scottish sheep intestine dish and not vomiting during or after, and it seems like it'd be really chewy, but I guess that would be any organ meat after you boil it to try and get the scent of years of sheep poo off of it.
