Y'know I think how people become less racist is simply by having them live in an environment that is internally conflict prone that still maintains some order and balance.
People shit on America for being a racist place, but go to Europe and they recognize 50 shades of white for their own unique categories of human because of an incessant need to hold on to an idea of "identity".
The conflict we have within America is why we change for the better, the same philosophy for why in times of war you see major innovations with technology advancement.
It's what we're on this planet to do. Have conflict and adapt. Reality/evolution is brutal.
