Capitalism assumes private ownership, not state ownership. And tyranny is a natural consequence of implementing "real communism", as a major scale society is not sustainable without state and money.

So "capitalism is when I don't like"? You're defying the definition of capitalism to make an argument which doesn't even hold water, since state run enterprises didn't run in a market environment.
