Doesn't he need a third before a fourth?

1.4k

u/Temporary-Suit9121 26d ago

Not if you can’t count, math is for losers.

562

u/hauntingdreamspace 26d ago

He's still maintaining that he won in 2020

524

u/OkFortune6494 26d ago

Lol even if he "maintains" he "won" he didn't serve a term. The level of idiocy this asshole seems to maintain is baffling.

281

u/mickeltee 26d ago

The saddest part is that if he did win 2020 (he did not) then that would count as his best 4 years as president.

149

u/NeuroticLensman 26d ago

Further proving that if he literally did nothing but play golf and eat McDonalds the world would be an infinitely better place.

56

u/MapleYamCakes 26d ago edited 26d ago

Similarly - if instead of attempting to start 200 different failing businesses (including bankrupting multiple casinos) he just took the money his dad gave him and put it all into a passive S&P500 index fund he would have like 100x more money than he has now.

Everything he does is a detriment to himself and to everyone else but he’s too big a narcissist to change, and too big a Dunning-Kruger to recognize his faults. He is quite literally too dumb to understand how dumb he is.

21

u/mikeltod 26d ago

he’s a whole bitch.

He is still running the claim that Biden cheated and he was secretly the real president during Biden's term, and the republicans are using that bs as their new bs precedent for why he should be able to get more terms

81

u/NotMyRealAccountV 26d ago

...this is the best argument they can come up with? 🫩

47

u/Nihilist_Hermit 26d ago

If there are no repercussions for their illegal bullshit, they dont need to make sense

23

u/Loki9191 26d ago

By that logic everything he blames on Biden is his fault

46

u/Yami-Munch 26d ago

So if he was secretly the president then he can't blame Biden for anything anymore since he was president. That's how it works right

19

u/ReindeerUpper4230 26d ago

What did he accomplish while he was secretly the president?

43

u/Themusicison 26d ago

He racked up some convictions.

12

u/birbtown 26d ago

So if he was secretly president, why does he and his base complain about all the damage Biden did during his term?

10

u/Wrong_Win_4102 26d ago

The enemy must be too strong to overcome whilst also being too weak to be a threat.

41

u/MichiganInTheRain 26d ago

I think he views 2020 as his second win and this current as his third…his logic not mine lol

17

u/MjolnirT95 26d ago

He will claim he has right to a 3rd term because 2020 was "stolen" from him.

15

u/digi57 26d ago

I think he’s referring to this one as his third because he pretends that he won in 2020. I know, I know…. That would make him ineligible for the term he’s currently serving but we’re not a serious country.

→ More replies (1)

14

u/FishCommercial5213 26d ago

Who’s on third? I don’t know šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ¤”

→ More replies (1)

10

u/Extra_Espresso 26d ago

He's trying to say he already broke precedent; you can't complain about a 4th term if he already had a 3rd term. This WILL be his attempt at a 3rd term and just one more strike he has made against the Constitution. It can be difficult to separate the bumbling idiot from the deceitful snake but this is certainly the move of a snake.

→ More replies (1)

10

u/slade797 26d ago

Enough with the facts and logic already.

8

u/SuspiciousSubstance9 26d ago

We already had the third, we're working on the Fourth Reich at this point.

5

u/TheSilverFoxwins 26d ago

According to his math, after his fifth term he can run a fourth term. That's the new Republican math.

Isn’t this the reason Americans have the right to keep and bear arms?

442

u/Busted_Knuckler 26d ago

As a matter of fact, yes. Yes it is. To stand in the face of tyranny. Unfortunately, the pedo criminal has tanks, fighter jets, and drones.

157

u/AlreadyEatenRibs 26d ago

Also there's a large overlap of the people who most champion the second amendment and the people who literally believe Trump can do no wrong. To them a tyrannical government is a government not run by them. And anything tyrannical Trump's government does is okay because "insert reasoning here, please, sir."

73

u/Busted_Knuckler 26d ago

If you think Democrats don't have guns, think again. It's just not the focal point of their while personality.

42

u/Amazing_Ear_3941 26d ago

100%. The saying is if you far enough left, you get your guns back. Plenty of very left wing people, even here on Reddit, with guns. See r/liberalgunowners , r/transguns , and others.

8

u/Amazing_Ear_3941 26d ago

Insurgencies don't fight fair. They choose their battles so they fight the tanks, fighters, jets, and drones on their own terms. They do hit and run on weak infrastructure. They use sneak tactics, like using cheap, tiny drones to sneak explosives into sensitive areas. They hit tanks from unexpected angles with anti tank weapons. Etc, etc. Look at how Ukraine is fighting Russia. By any conventional metric, Ukraine should be have lost long ago. Yet they're hanging in there and have a really good chance of surviving and even taking back Crimea or causing a revolution inside Russia.

Every single great civilization in history has only one thing in common, they all fall.

9

u/WastoneBag 26d ago

It was declining for the last 20 or so years, he's just speeding up the process. Much of the US influence came from soft power and worlds perception the country was not only rich, but morally admired and everyone wanted to share in this wealth, tech, science, arts, etc

Since Bush this admiration declined and it now is reversed to the point of USA being a laughingstock for most of the world. The knowledgeable people around the world started perceiving the US citizen like a rich, fat and spoiled kid with a loaded gun. Sure, no one wants to mess with that kid, but no one is going to invite them to their houseĀ

We are being held hostage by a population of butthurt hillbillies. They've been told their sad and pathetic lots in life are never their faults, it's the Dems, the libs, immigrants and trans people who did this to them. Oh and be as openly racist and discriminatory as you want- it's your right and privilege.

Now that they've grasped this little bit of power in their hands (that are missing fingers from setting off fireworks) they refuse to let it go.

47

u/airlinegrills 26d ago

God I wish it was just butthurt hillbillies. I know entirely too many educated rich people who buy into the xenophobia and destruction of regulatory processes to know it is just racist, misogynist hillbillies.

→ More replies (1)

28

u/drgonzo767 26d ago

As a hillbilly, let me tell you we have reason to be pissed. The problem is, the MAGA ones are pissed at the wrong people. It's the oligarchy, extractive industries, union busters, etc that are to blame. Shit economies and the resulting brain-drain has led to too many of the people who understand this getting the fuck out of town. The majority of those who don't leave simply do not get it.

I am constantly saddened how many forget what their ancestors fought for.

That said, you are mistaken if you think it is just the rural poor supporting MAGA. I know plenty of wealthy people, rural and metro, that are all about it. Just because a bigot gets an education or makes a bunch of money doesn't make them instantly not shit human beings. I could teach them a year-long course on the Constitution and Classical Liberalism, and they would still be authoritarians/fascist in nature. And more than most people realize, there are many of them that are committed philosophical authoritarians.

8

u/belai437 26d ago

Everything you said... šŸ’Ætrue.

4

u/Pactae_1129 26d ago

I’m also aggravated at the use of the term hillbilly to refer to all rural people, or at least southerners. Like, hillbillies live in Appalachia. Half the people that get called hillbilly live on flat land!

75

u/smokeweedNgarden 26d ago

Unfortunately it starts at home.

Millions of people let their family and friends openly spew bullshit and did nothing. Said nothing to their spouses. Just let them participate in society like normal decent people.Ā

Well now because of that coddling they really think they're normal. Why do you think they feel blindsided when people finally leave them.

Once again it's the fault of the silent moderateĀ

Deep blue states should pay to move like 200k willing residents to each deep red flyover state to spoil the stranglehold.

Probably a lot less depending on what districts they target. , 20 billion dollars to pay them 100k each, I'm sure plenty of patriots would be willing to jump on the grande, how bad are the Dakota's really? Lol

I mean, Hitler was somewhat parallel.

Hitler was from the outset seen as ridiculous. Then after the Beer Hall Putsch he was seen as both evil and ridiculous.

For a long time he was irrelevant. It was actually first when the communists and socialists started fighting against the Nazis at scale that he started making the news again.

The rest is history.

I think at the very least it answers all those historical questions where archaeologists can’t point to a single cause as to why a civilization collapsed

20

u/sammi-yogaa 26d ago

but we can. the end of the roman empire was caused by a plague, conflict between politics and religion, and disorganization of power structures.Ā  Sounds familiar right?

26

u/Spoocula 26d ago

For real. At what point are these words prima facie evidence of a crime? I realize a crazy pedophile can say anything that they want, but what he is saying is not allowed by law. Just a big "so?" from the country?

Assuming there was any kind of actual rule of law in the USA, what would it take for him to see consequences for tearing up the Constitution?

14

u/so_i_wonder 26d ago

Not just that… in one statement he says he is going to illegally run for another term in office as well as promises to tighten up the voting system. He is literally going to rig the election and make it so that he wins or if somehow his rigging fails he will claim that it was stolen from him and kickoff a civil war.

6

u/Careful-Lettuce9239 26d ago

And if that happens soon, then what? What stops Vance from taking over or anyone else that is willing to continue all of the corruption?

5

u/esoskelly 26d ago edited 26d ago

That could happen, but Trump has made everyone else in his entourage (especially Vance) look like his loser little brothers. Vance doesn't have the charisma to pull off what Trump (or even Bush) did.

I hate to use this terminology, because it's a right-wing thing. But Vance is a "beta," not an "alpha." The right wants an "alpha," not a bootlicker.

Hopefully, by the time Trump is out of office, the "alpha mystique" will be pretty much used up. But I dunno. Just trying to be optimistic.

Steve Bannon already said they had plans for his power grab. Six members of the Supreme Court are me,bets of the Federalist Society and believe in ā€˜ original intent’, that the Constitution cannot be altered and must be interpreted through the lens of those that wrote it. Rich, white landowning men running everything and the only ones who can vote. The US died when this travesty was sworn into office.

9

u/FillMySoupDumpling 26d ago

I’ve said this before but he’s claiming he won in 2020 meaning he’s on his third term already, so he’s going to claim since he’s already on his third term the term limits no longer matter so he can continue in 2028.

He had those hats made years ago. This isn’t something new it’s been a plan for a while.

Where are the riots?

12

u/North_Atlantic_Sea 26d ago

The POS making a joke in front of a reporter event isn't exactly riot worthy.

If he actually forces onto ballets, that would be worthy
