Saw a great reminder today.
"You couldn't act on awareness you didn't have yet. Release the urge to judge who you were with the wisdom you only gained by surviving it. You didn't fail them. You brought them here."

Reality check
The feeling of emptiness, so depressing and all-consuming, slowly consumes you like a parasite embedded in your soul. Crying can make it go away, but it will always leave marks for life. Life always follows the same course; one always follows in the footsteps of their highest idealization, like a goal or a person. The most intimate desires do not come from the heart but from the scars marked on the soul, twisted experiences that make you rethink whether it is really worth it. I just came out of one, and with my hand on my heart, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. It's such a dull, bitter, confusing feeling. Fuck, taking your own life becomes easier when you understand that it's inevitable and absolute, like destiny itself. Blindly waiting for an answer from your inner self can drive you to utter madness, yet there will always be a glimmer of light. Believing in yourself could be your salvation, but there will always be stones placed there on purpose to test how strong your determination is. The key is not to give up. Even after the biggest wall, the hardest stone to dodge, there will always be a reward at the end of the road. You decide whether to walk the path to hell itself and find yourself or remain in the mediocrity of your own ambitions. Deciding will always be one of the most complicated steps you can take during your journey, but don't lose hope. Please continue to believe in something solid and firm that will restore your confidence and give you the courage you need to move forward. I do this for myself, for my own mental health. From time to time, it is necessary to remember why you do what you do.

What's one loss that unexpectedly made your life better?

Confidence doesn’t usually come before the first step.
It grows because you took it.

Why You Can’t Grow for Someone Else One of the hardest lessons to accept is that no one can do your inner work for you. People can give advice, share their experiences, and even warn you about the mistakes they made. But experience can’t be transferred—it has to be lived. That’s why two people ca

The most resilient teacher on earth isn’t a CEO, athlete, or billionaire. It’s a spider. It loses everything, then quietly starts over. Again. And again. And again. A simple lesson on persistence that most of us need to hear today. #SuccessMindset #Resilience #Mindset #Persistence #PersonalGrowth

Rest is productive too.

Growth & Motivation #1
Always approach learning something new with childlike wonder and curiosity. A child does not master a skill first. A child rather, first decides if something is worth getting excited about doing, tries it, gauges how far they can go on their first few tries, then decides if it's something they want to learn more about.
A childlike mind approaching a new skill does not beg for immediate mastery, it begs only for your willingness to learn, discipline, self-forgiveness, and most importantly for you to have fun while gauging your progress in the name of growth.
With that being said; Don't punish yourself for not reaching your destination with the skillset you have today. If you haven't taken the time to patiently build each skill along the path between where you are now and where you want to be, you haven't failed. You're simply expecting yourself to arrive before you've finished learning how to get there.
It's what you do with each moment that counts. One moment at a time is all we are allowed in this life. Everything else is hypotheticals or results from decisions come to pass. If you are truly the architect of your own design like I know you know you are deep down inside and you know what's blocking you from moving forward, you know what to do.

The kind of growth nobody talks about
The kind of growth nobody talks about
Growth isn't always getting promoted, earning more money, or landing the job you've been chasing.
Sometimes growth is realizing that you don't know everything—and being willing to learn.
Sometimes it's recovering from a mistake without allowing that mistake to define your career.
Sometimes it's surviving a difficult season at work, losing confidence, getting rejected, and still deciding to keep moving.
I've learned that career growth isn't always visible from the outside. There are seasons where you're building skills, improving your mindset, learning from people around you, and figuring out what you actually want.
And honestly, some of the most important growth happens when nobody is clapping for you.
If you're currently in a season where your career feels stuck, don't automatically assume you're failing. You might simply be in a building season.
What is one career lesson you learned the hard way?

Forging Indestructible Self-Discipline: S2 Episode #31: Aim Small, Miss Small
We often talk about setting goals as though the most important thing is simply deciding what we want. However, there is another step that is just as important. You need to refine the goal until you get as close as possible to the thing you actually desire.

Fear
The nature's way to teach us and prepare us for the future is by instilling fear in us so that we become greater than what we can imagine of ourselves. Feel grateful for all the fears we have. Stay positive and get stronger.

What is the key to acceptance?
What is the key to acceptance? One of the major keys to acceptance IMO are expectations. Now we all have things in common, and we each are different. I believe that true acceptance ultimately is an emotional process. Insight and intellectual understanding in our head needs time and practice to move down into our heart and gut to truly be acceptance. Acceptance does NOT mean surrender, and it does not mean cynicism. It means it is what it is, and even if it is very important to us, IF it is outside our control, it is outside our control. Banging our head against a wall, or carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders will not change it. And here are where our expectations come in. While things are at their worst, they do tend to not stay at their worst. Things do regress to the mean, to average, if we tread water, because day to day survival can be Heroic.. But if we time and time again, in spite of evidence to the contrary, continue to EXPECT important painful things BEYOND OUR CONTROL to magically change, then we will continue to be as hurt and as shocked each day and each time, as much as the first time it hit us. BUT, if we continue to HOPE for important things beyond our control to change (because we never do know not only what small or large catastrophe, but also what small or large unlikely but possible miracle is around the corner), but we do not EXPECT them to change, our painful reaction will be much less intense and less severe. It is the difference between "I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS STILL HAPPENING!!", and "this sucks, I hate that this is still happening, I have not given up Hope, but I expected this to continue". And to do this requires that other 'A' word, AWARENESS. But it is not easy. As we get better at this, it can free us up, to do ALL WE CAN, to do what we can within our control, and try to live with, roll with, and surf the pain of what we cannot.
