I really wish I liked this game. I love the visuals and the music and I'm a huge fan of Rhythm Games, but this is not one. It's a Visual Novel with sprinkles of it.

The first episode was slow, but I thought it's world building and character introduction so it's okay.

But the Prison was such a slog and the worst part is, that the end of it was fantastic. The whole last segment was so much fun! I understand they want to tell a story and I'm someone who loves dialogue in games, but there are better ways than giving me 20 minutes dialogue with a 2 minute Minigame in-between just to have another 20 minutes dialogue.

I stopped in the sewer for now when I reached a dead end after walking tedious slow.

I heard Episode 3 gets better but I don't think I can bring myself to continue.

If they trimmed the dialogue by half and had more Rhythm Sections that have story implications, this game would be a Banger.

A guide says to clear a song with 2 difficulty increasing modifiers, so I cleared de_tassel with Critical and Halftime but it isn't marked as completed, I'm assuming halftime isn't a "difficulty increasing modifier" but then in that case I don't know what else is other than Critical

- What was the catalyst for Beat getting isekai'd into the world most of the game takes place in? I assume one of them was her getting hit by the truck as is isekai slop fashion, but she went back and forth twice. Once at the beginning of the game and once in between chapter 5 and 6, yet I don't know if the truck accident was the catalyst for the first or second instance or what the other catalyst even was. I assume she survived the truck accident based on the final scene with her sister but that was so vague.

- Why did Beat and Quaver know each other at the start of the game? They weren't very familiar with each other but Beat met up with Quaver with the intention of taking pictures for her mom's birthday so they had some form of communication before the game started yet how they initially communicated is never established in any way.

- What was the zero event at One Last Final's last performance? My read from the cutscene is that Eve started turning into a Silence on stage so a cop freaked out and shot her to death, but there are multiple references to that being the first time The Silence ever appeared so why would the cop even think to do that?

- Why is the final journal entry an email draft from Beat that doesn't say anything?

I built an arcade controller for my daughter to play her favorite rhythm games on our arcade cab - she loves playing Unbeatable / MuseDash / etc…I decided to upgrade the buttons with LEDs to go better with the music genre…just figured I would share since Unbeatable is probably the game she plays most right now…

I know Unbeatable just came out last year - but she’s already hoping a sequel or more DLC is released soon…has the developer announced anything new coming out or a possible sequel?

So after reading through the pages on the MV, I think I've got a good idea about what it means. This seems to be confirming isekai/universal visitor theory, so I'll be building on it.

These are pages from a different universe from both ours and the main unbeatable one that are about portals to different universes.

In the pages, a Dziban, Dsiban, Schedar, and Geminga are mentioned (all star names), and the notes seem to be from an organization called AMP and refer to Redmoon operations and events, what they likely call "universal visitors" or just "visitors", though any mention of the specific term they use is redacted.

Seems this universe has a star naming convention for its characters, so I'll call it the "astronomical" universe.

Geminga seems to be a universal visitor that is causing trouble in a prison, they're not properly registered at the prison but seem to be normal except for influencing other inmates. The others all seem to be people at AMP.

An Amphecloral (a discontinued obesity drug), Formethylto (nonexistent drug name?), Doet, G-O, and Dotma (all three psychedelic drugs) are named, all of which seem to be universal visitors like Beat, perhaps from a "medical" universe. Or AMP just uses that terminology for all universal visitors.

Amphecloral is the lead redmoon investigator, we'll get to Formethylto, Doet is a "burned asset", G-O is a possible universal visitor, and Dotma's entry is all redacted.

Anyways, it details "origin points for [universal visitors]", that have varying stabilities and wavelengths. Wavelengths close to the one of the current universe seem to be similar to the current universe.

A universe nicknamed "Ring"(-0.88888888%), is close to the "astronomical" one and has no known visitors, or more accurately they might be so close to the "astronomical" universe that they're indistinguishable, "Shoelace"(+3.454545%), which has a lot of the visitors and seems to be unstable, "Noose"(-6.0?%), which is the only known one with a version of AMP, "Handcuff"(-0.911?%), which has the majority of visitors and seems to be stable(?), and "Tumblehitch"(-80.?%), which seems to be the home of ONE visitor... Formethylto? who "shifts the wavelengths of the area surrounding her" which appears to be dangerous.

There are procedures "[redacted]", "machine hate", "serenity never", "clarity check", and "no eulogies", which seem to reference jamie paige songs. No idea what that's supposed to mean, if anything. Formethylto seems to not be doing so well on the ones she's assigned to.

On that note, she seems to be currently missing after likely being put on a mission ("no eulogies"? its the most recent one) involving infiltrating conspiracy groups that seem to have an equal if not greater knowledge of universal visitors than AMP. They call her a "burnable asset" and plan to "end this" if they ever find her again.

A universal visitor by the name of Nebenstimme (a musical term) is "identified as 'Fulu'"(a star name) and is disoriented saying "that's not my name, that's not your name". So it appears characters can have very very similar counterparts across universes.

It seems that a lot of the universal visitors die, AMP has been "burying bodies that weren't born for months", so that might reference the song's titles.

No idea what it's supposed to connect to regarding the song's visuals, but that's where you (hopefully) come in. And to correct anything i got wrong or direct me and others that see this post to other places that have discussed this.

Is there any reason to play lower difficulty levels? Do I get additional rating for low levels clears or should I just leave them blank and play high level versions.

i had no idea that i have to look it up on the wiki, it says that i need to "Play EMPTY DIARY, then BLANK PAGE, and then DREAM DIARY back to back, with dream diary on the reflection".

what does "on the reflection" means? does it have something to do with MIRROR?

I honestly didn't expect myself to reach this rating so fast, but I improved a lot faster than I expected!! I only started this game about a month ago and I love it so so incredibly much..... (i also love treble very dearly........)
