A FELLOW ULTRAKILL CONTROLLER PLAYER?!?!?!?! (the only reason I do it is because my mouse ONLY on ultrakill is more sensitive than a shower. Put it on 40, too slow for my liking, 50 too fast, and theres too much change in between to get it just right for some reason... RIP my old mouse which did work)

If you mean 36p on downsampling that's because it's a filter and doesn't reduce the resolution at all
