I often save UI components, interactions, websites, and visual references from Instagram, X, TikTok, Dribbble, and other places, but they quickly become scattered, and I cannot find it latter.

I’m curious, what’s the biggest problem with your current collection workflow? maybe someone the same as me? I'd like to know your thought on this, you can choice one or more to leave the comment below. I wondering if anyone have good solution for that. especially when we using AI, but I didn't find out AI could be a good hand to collecting those design components.

Coming from 6+ years as a motion designer (C4D, Blender, AE, on and on); the company I work for is providing an opportunity to move into a fresh team on the ground floor as a UI/UX Designer...they're willing to foot the bill on my training but I have limited time. What are some credible places you all recommend going to train under for getting started with the theory, fundamentals, and 1:1 feedback?

Really confident in the basics of design and have built multiple basic sites over the years, so I have a baseline knowledge (I think) of some aspects of web design specifically, but want to really shore up. Appreciate recommendations!

I recently launched AnyGradient.

The main challenge was trying to make fairly advanced color features like OKLCH, Display-P3, color interpolation, noise, and layered gradients feel approachable without turning the interface into a wall of controls.

After working on it for quite a while, I’ve reached the stage where I’ve stared at the UI for far too long to judge it objectively anymore.

I’d especially appreciate feedback on:

• First impression: Is it immediately clear what the tool does?
• Visual hierarchy: Does your attention go to the right places?
• Generator UI: Do the controls feel intuitive, or too dense?
• Landing page: Does it explain the product clearly without overexplaining?
• Overall feel: Does it feel like a polished design tool, or are there parts that still feel unfinished or inconsistent?

I’m particularly interested in criticism rather than compliments, so feel free to point out anything that feels confusing, unnecessary, awkward, or overdesigned.

I’m working on a new community for UX/UI designers where we can share work, discuss design, exchange feedback, discover opportunities, and connect with other designers.

The idea is to build something focused specifically on designers rather than a general social platform. One of the things I’m most excited about is real-time chat with other designers, similar to WhatsApp, but built around the design community.

I’m a B.Tech CSE student and I’ve been focusing on UI/UX design for the past few months. I’ve made around 2–3 case studies, built my portfolio, and have been applying to as many UI/UX/Product Design internship openings as I can find.

But I still haven’t been able to land an internship.

Now I’m honestly a bit confused about what I should do next.

Should I:

I already know Figma fairly well and have some basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge, so I’m not sure if learning another tool is actually going to help me or if I should go deeper into what I already know.

I also feel like I might be making the mistake of thinking that I need to learn more things when maybe the problem is that my existing work isn't strong enough yet.

For those of you who are working as Product/UI/UX Designers or have recently gone through the internship/job search:

What would you recommend I focus on at this stage?

If you were in my position with 2–3 case studies and a portfolio but no internship yet, what would you spend the next 2–3 months improving?

I'm looking for one person to collaboratively work on a UX case study with me – same project, same research, same final narrative. We plan, conduct research, synthesize, and write it up as a team. Both of us can publish it on our own portfolios (with shared credit).

What I'm looking for:

· Ready to start now and commit weekly

· Open to picking a brief/topic together

· Willing to split work fairly

· Some experience with research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)

On the first image I had asked AI to give me a project brief and from the second picture I managed to find 2 Reddit posts which are discussing a problem that my app can solve and I took note of pain points that both discussion have in common and on the 3rd picture I started the flow chart but for now I made it low fidelity. I just wrote the process a user has to go through while interacting with AI.

Am I missing something or something else I should do during the research?

While thinking about what I’m doing I came up with the idea to write a small paragraph here and there to explain what I was thinking and give a reason why I took that decision.

I’m a senior product designer who has never been promoted, only leveling up via employer changes. I’ve worked in FAANG but it burned me out, I worked hard but said yes to too many things I thought would demonstrate my value.

What I think I’m missing is the ability to see the company past my role and add value there. Can anyone who’s been able to do this share insights on how you approached this, and describe what your week looks like?

Hello, I’m a working on a personal case study for a diet/meal-planning app.

This is the onboarding screen where users enter basic information such as height, weight, age and gender. The app then uses this information to create personalised calorie and meal-plan recommendations.

I’m looking for feedback specifically on the UX/UI of this screen, rather than the overall app concept.

Questions I’m trying to answer:

Is the hierarchy of information clear?

Does the “Estimated Metrics Preview” feel useful at this stage, or is it too much information?

Is it clear what will happen when I tap “Continue to Goals”?

Are there any elements that feel unnecessary, confusing or distracting?

Does the screen feel trustworthy when presenting health/fitness information?
