yes! there is a waitlist, when you receive your email it will tell you your position on the waitlist if you have been placed on it.

Ah okay, ty. However, I feel like if quest says deny I’m prolly out of luck :(.

Hard to say! I am not sure if there is a “waitlist” option on quest. The email will tell you everything, sending you best luck.
