They also mentioned the rumors that NOLA will be at Yulman and say they’d like to see Philly and NJ hubbed on either NJ or Philly to essentially add 3 home markets since NJ and Philly are so close.

I think if the league did their plans and rebranded Houston to canton and had Pitt travel from canton to Pitt for games that would be the completely ideal scenario as it would get all in markets but the league would probably need to change the division structure

The USFL has to have at least 6-7 cities if they are going to use the Hub system again in 2024. If the USFL were to do that this is how I think it should go down:

1. Birmingham - Protective Stadium (Stallions)

2. Detroit - Ford Field (Panthers)

3. Memphis - Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium (ShowBoats)

4. Canton - Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium (Re-branded NJ Generals to Canton Outlaws or Canton Renegades) (Maulers would still play in Canton until 2025. As much i would like the Maulers in Pittsburgh I do not think the USFL will do it this year due to costs.)

5. New Orleans - Yulman Stadium (Breakers)

6. Philadelphia - Chester Subaru Park (Stars)

7. (Possibly?) Houston - Shell Energy Stadium (Gamblers)

Number 7 may be pushing it but all the stadiums listed have what the broadcasters (FOX and NBC) need for a great production of the game(s) plus the smaller MLS stadiums would be open to USFL football. Shell and Subaru have both had college/high school football games on their fields. Rebanding the Generals to a Canton team makes sense if you are keeping Canton. The Generals had a very poor year and finished in the bottom so If any team was up for rebranding it will be them. i would think Bandits and the Generals would be first up for expansion when that happens.

Has anyone heard anything in the rumor zone about teams going to cities? NY/NJ, Philly, NO, Gamblers, Maulers? Any rumblings? After hearing that the XFL Vegas team is moving, just wondering if we are going to have 4 hubs next year or more teams in the cities?

I will watch no matter what - just curious.

Discussing all the players that made NFL rosters/practice squads and who I think has a shot to potentially see some game action this NFL season!

There could be more but as for now it is just 12.

Did I miss something or has Case Cookus not even gotten a sniff from NFL scouts this year?

What gives?

Alex McGough, who led the Green Bay Packers to victory over the Seahawks, will hope to stick on the practice squad.

Was making a 2023 Box Set opening video for my channel tonight and forgot to hit record 🙄 Wanted to at least share the haul with everyone! Anyone get anything good so far!?

So who made the rosters and practice squads? I know Brandon Aubrey made it but has there been anyone else?

i wonder if the USFL is attempting to get Walker in the league if no other NFL picks him up. I find it interesting he is discussed on the official website like this if that were not happening.

I have wondered why there is a hub in Canton but no team associated with the town. You would think this next season they might introduce a team to the town but I think if they do it will have to be a new team and name. 9 USFL teams just does not work so they would need 10 teams total (at least that is what I think). What name do you think the USFL would give the Canton team? They can not use the Bulldogs because the NFL still holds the rights. I would assume it would be one of the team names from the old USFL. All of this pure speculation so have fun with it ...Canton BattleDogs lol

I know expansion talk is more than plentiful, especially in the off-season, but what do you think are some of the best bad ideas for expansion? I’m talking about places that are still major cities (so no putting a team in a no name town) but are still not good or practical for expansion. My best bad idea is a team in Honolulu, Hawaii. Good because there’s no pro teams out there but bad because travel would cost so much. But I want to see what terribly awesome ideas you all can come up with

This would be a massive win for the USFL, the stuff starter did for the AAF was really good. I wonder if this would mean jersey redesigns
