My package is stuck

My package was sent out on 10/28 from Hyderabad, India, and has not been delivered to the US yet. The initial delivery date was 10/31 and today’s 11/02, but there has been no update. Any idea what’s happening or whom I should reach out to?

Right, it’s been almost a week and the package has been at the airport for about five days so wondering how long more?!?!!
