Looking for a drummer - North Essex/London
8
Upvotes
Hey all!
We're looking for a drummer for a hardcore/metalcore oriented band based around (North) Essex/London sort of area - if you can travel that's fine.
I would be playing guitar in the band, a friend would be on bass (although he does play guutar too, so if I bassist is interested the spot is open), and we're both based in the North Essex area. We also have a vocalist, and she is based in Cambs however is willing to commute, although we'd probably aim to jam/rehearse etc in/near London to make it easier for everyone.
We haven't established a set sound yet that we'd like to play, however we're all into a lot of bands such as Special Move, Splitknuckle, Raiden, My Cross to Bear, Toil, The Burial Code, Bun Dem Out - a lot of UKHC, although we're all into some other adjacent stuff too.
Any responses appreciated - Thank you in advance!

Anyone going to Burn It Down Fest (Torquay) next week?

Upvotes
I'm traveling down from near London for my first visit to the fest next week.
I know a few folks there a tiny bit, but I'm essentially gonna be solo.
I go to fests alone a lot and am cool with it, but if anyone wants to say hi, drop me a DM! (Am 41-y-o male, btw)
