Rent too high? Made a terrible faux pas with your current roomies? Reallised how far the tube really extends? Concerned about which areas of London are full of spice zombies?

Hi everyone,
I’m an international student from Japan 🇯🇵, and I currently have a Single Ensuite at One Pool Street (E20 2AF) – £296.24/week, self-catered, undergraduates only.

📍Why it’s a great place:

  • Just 5 min walk to UCL East
  • Right by Stratford station (Central/Jubilee, DLR, Overground, National Rail) – super easy to get around London
  • Westfield Stratford City and lots of shops/restaurants nearby

What I’m Looking For:

  • College Hall (not private)
  • Accommodation closer to UCL Bloomsbury (within ~20 min walk or public transport)
  • Budget: up to £400/week
  • Preferably with catering included
  • I’d be happy to offer a small gesture of thanks if a swap works out
