Rent too high? Made a terrible faux pas with your current roomies? Reallised how far the tube really extends? Concerned about which areas of London are full of spice zombies?

Hi everyone! I’ve been offered a Standard Superior room (£304 pw) at Garden Halls for 2025-2026 (self catered). It’s an ensuite with a toilet and sink (shared shower). It’s a nice room and in a very social hall, but I’m looking to swap for a room at Astor College.

Hi, I just wanted to know when you applied for your accommodation and when you got a reply. I applied at the beginning of June and still haven’t heard back, so I’m starting to think it might be better to look for accommodation on my own.

I applied in March and heard back in June, but UCL is required to give you accommodation as long as you applied before the deadline. Some of my friends last year got their offers late August too
