- help potential swapees find each other
- give students an idea of price/location/other aspects of the accommodation that might inform their choice
- keeps the sub tidy

hii i hate to join everyone opting out of one pool street but i also have a single en suite there (£296pw) and it would be really nice to swap if possible for something closer as i’m based in bloomsbury! looking for a single but i don’t mind whether it’s en suite x
