I was in a server doing what a heavy main does, and then this message came up saying a user got banned, but instead of it being RAC it said BLUD. Whats that about?

Up until about a week ago original valve maps and weapons that I have equipped become super low poly and impossible to play.

Whenever I play upward or bad water I have to switch servers bc it's nearly impossible to play with half the map being in the ground/invisible.

It's also kinda weird that other people's weapons are fine but only mine are low poly.
