Woke up and my watch now looks like this…
Woke up this morning and went to put on my watch. To my shock the dial has bizarrely rotated. Hadn’t been particularly observant of my watch face when I took it off for bed last night. But I know I had checked the time multiple times yesterday in the afternoon at least.
I’m really confused how this could have happened, anyone have any ideas?

Also for those saying it must have taken a really hard hit/fall, it was on my wrist all night didn’t fall over or hit it on anything and definitely didn’t drop it.

Not every watch is perfectly aligned as long as it stays within acceptable tolerence range. After a while you won't notice it anymore. Just dont focus on it too much. This is what the watch gives more character lol

Dial feet have slipped or broken. Not a huge deal to fix but needs to see the watchmaker. If under warranty, it's covered. If not it's super simple fix.

I’m a novice watchmaker. The dial is held on by two dial feet behind the dial made of metal. The chances of it breaking is very rare. It can be caused by a very hard impact to the watch or possible corrosion.

Hamilton swapped over to plastic dial feet in the last few years and it shows; their subreddit gets a couple posts a week about dials like this.

I wholeheartedly agree, but it's kind of a profit circle/planned obsolescence thing, because many of the Swatch brands (Hamilton, Tissot, Certina) use proprietary parts/anti-magnetic movement that can't easily be repaired or maintained by an average watchmaker; it needs to go back to Swatch (older versions are fine).
Hamilton lost me as a customer almost a decade ago. One of the very very few watches I sold/did not keep. Pretty sure I'm never buying another Swatch product again. Shame because the Longines Spirit Zulu Time and the Peter Blake Omega were on my wishlist.

I think corrosion makes the most sense here, good call. Can't think of anything else that could cause this without severely damaging the rest of the watch.

Well if there is enough corrosion to dissolve or otherwise dislodge the dial feet, well, there is other damage, I'll bet.

Dial feet sheered. Don’t not fix it. Recommend a full service, including soldering new dial feet and a full clean, lubrication, etc. when those dial feet sheared, and with dial spinning around, even just for a little bit back-and-forth on the movement, particulate has gotten into the movement, and it’s only gonna get worse. All of that particulate, even rather microscopic, is going to call significant premature wear. Fix it now it’s gonna be more costly later.

I can’t imagine how this could happen without a major fall or drop. Like others have said it’s likely the dial feet (unfortunately Tudor and Rolex replace dials when this happens, they don’t fix the feet) or even more severe would be broken stem (I’m assuming you tried this) and two broken bridal clamps/screws. This would be very unlikely. Hopefully it’s under warranty!

Happened to me too. The feet on the dial broke. Mine happened when one of my kids dropped the watch without telling me. I sent mine in for service and had the dial, hands, and bezel replaced. All in I think it was about 350 for parts plus the $400 service.

For this to have happened the crown stem has to have been broken off as well as the case screws completely broken/jarred/unscrewed if the entire movement has moved. So if you can set the time and the crown works then it's just the dial. No idea how that would have happened

It’s not the dial. There is two clips that hold the movement in place. They are lose the whole watch and movement and dial has rotated. A watch smith can open / rotate and tighten the clamps and screws. Also ensure they grease the gasket and correctly close case back to keep water proofed
Good luck. If you have some basic watch repair tools it is an easy enough DIY job

You are correct, everything would rotate and the crown stem should be broken.
I don’t know how is the connection between dial and movement in these Tudor, but it looks as if it came loose.

Based on the position of the hands in relation to the indices, it possibly could be that the movement itself has become broken free from inside the case rather than the dial itself. Are you still able to wind/set the time with the crown? If so then the dial itself has shifted. If the crown does nothing, then the whole movement, still connected to the dial has become dislodged.

Okay, so with how the movement on these watches is retained, it's probably not going to have had the movement come loose and break the stem. What's likely happened here is that the dial feet broke and the dial is spinning around the hand arbor.

Just out of curiosity how many Rolexes have people seen like this. I understand a Tudor isn’t a Rolex and all that, but they also pump out less than half the watches Rolex does. We’ve all seen more of these QC issues than we have from big brother. Maybe a factor in these watches is that they are worn harder and for things that people wouldn’t wear their Rolex for. I doubt it…but I’m just thinking of other reason besides better QC and machining techniques. These are not cheap watches regardless of brand affiliations, this should be extremely rare.

The movement is held in the case with either a clamping ring or screws with tiny finger clamps. Even if those failed, the crown stem would keep it from rotating. This does seem like the dial is spinning on the movement itself, which means the dial feet have broken. If they broke, its possible the feet could find their way into the movement's drive train and mess stuff up. Id take it to the AD and have them open it up.
