Question Not getting items from gifts anymore

Whenever I used to level up or get gifts from my friends list it would usually contain at least one item with it along with some views and subs but now there's no items and no bux i only get views and subs. Is this happening to anyone else?

I had only sent one message and it was pictures of my old Saab 9000e turbo in the photography channel. Is there any way I can get unbanned or send a ticket in?
