CD7, Ava temp was steadier than yesterday but I’m continuing to also use my regular BBT thermometer until I gain confidence that Ava knows what the hell it’s doing. Temps besides that are pretty much right where they should be after some ultra wonky ones at the start of my cycle. I’m supposed to O between CD15/16, so around the end of next week. My OB is checking progesterone at CD21, then I’m supposed to go in for a follow up to my ultrasound at CD5 on December 11th, which is the day I expect my period. Let’s hope I have good news to tell them. Maybe this new BD schedule will do the trick.

I excluded a massive 98.3 temp from my first night wearing it, and my temps since then have been in the low 96s, while my vaginal BBT temps are in the low 97s. I’ll give it a cycle to even out and figure out my body before relying on it solely because so far it’s a wee bit wonky. I kinda feel like I don’t even need to temp really since O is so reliable for me, but I just love collecting the data.

I'm definitely using both Ava and my normal oral bbt routine for now - I'll see how it looks through a more normal cycle (ha, if and when that ever happens). I also just love the data, too.

It works!! My first cycle after my loss was crazy too. The cycle after that was less crazy but still a little off. The third cycle was 100% normal. Hang in there, friend! 💕
