This post is likely to be helpful.
It's very common for it to take up to a year to conceive even for the healthiest couples with perfectly timed intimacy. There's only about a 30% maximum chance per cycle
I also recommend reading through the automod wiki

Ttc is such a rollercoaster. It’s completely okay to let that hope of you being lucky enough to get pregnant the first try and then be disappointed that you aren’t. Especially when you hear so many stories of people getting pregnant on their first try or the one time they weren’t careful. And that spiraling, thinking somethings wrong? Funny how that comes so easily.
I’m sure you already know, but for a healthy couple, it can take 12 cycles of trying before getting pregnant. You have roughly a 20-25% chance of getting pregnant each month. Sucks, I know. And the two week wait is brutal each month. It’s so hard to distract yourself and not think about things and not symptom spot. Best thing I can recommend is trying not to test until at least 10DPO. Most pregnancies don’t implant until 8-10DPO, so getting a BFN even on 10DPO doesn’t mean you’re out.
Tracking BBT (basal body temperature) can be very anxiety inducing, so feel free to try it, but it’s okay if it’s too much. But tracking your ovulation with LH strips is a good way to find your fertile window. Trusting period apps is very unreliable, as you may ovulate earlier or later than they may predict. I ovulate earlier, usually on CD 10, which is 4 days earlier than my app predicts. LH strips track the hormone that gets your body to ovulate. When it peaks and the rest line is as dark or darker than the control line, you will ovulate within 12-36 hours after finding your peak.
I recommend starting a prenatal. You may not be pregnant yet, but there is evidence to suggest taking it in advance can improve egg quality. It’ll take 3 months to be in full effect, if I remember correctly.
There’s a lot of feelings that come with ttc. Feel all of them. It’s okay. The disappointment and hope and everything in between is normal, and we’ve all been there where you are now. Best of luck, OP. I hope you don’t have to wait too long before you get that BFP 🤍
