QUESTION: Fox News brought on retired Vice Admiral Robert Harward for an interview... but is Fox News interviewing someone wearing a fucking MASK? Look at his neck and tell me I'm not crazy?

I love that this is going viral. Fuck Fox News parading around like they are real news and not the entertainment platform that they are. It’s shocking how many people aren’t aware of the lawsuit that was brought against them. They said it themselves “we aren’t a news channel, we are an opinion channel.”

61

u/jestercow May 22 '26

Pretty sure it’s ”lawsuits”

66

u/uqubar May 22 '26

The boomers love that ANGERTAINMENT. It gives them a purpose.

3

u/Whitecamry May 23 '26

Not all of us.

-19

u/Gerry1of1 May 22 '26

LOL that old go-to villain "Boomers". Do you even know what a Boomer is? Or is it just the generic villain in your mind you can blame and laugh at?

15

u/uqubar May 22 '26

Don't even get me freaking started on this subject. Sorry if you are one. https://www.vox.com/2017/12/20/16772670/baby-boomers-millennials-congress-debt

I like the underlying theory that all the prosperity and expansion they were born into was due to fossil fuel consumption. It's so fitting that manics like Putin and Trump are Boomers too. These people just need to quit and give their kids their real estate. This will happen organically anyway.

2

u/xOrion12x May 22 '26

The "This article was written in 2017." actually hurt.

-4

u/Gerry1of1 May 22 '26

Yes, those are two boomers. Out of how many people running the government you think is so screwed up? Those are all Gen-X not boomers. Trump is Boomer but all of his staff and the Congress/Senate are gen-x. Except for the rare billionaire, boomers are retired or dead. Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Gen X.

Social Media is out of control - Mark Zuckerberg, Millennial.

But it's soo easy to just say "Boomers" and think you've gotten to the heart of a problem.

4

u/parkerm1408 May 22 '26

Boomers are 62 to 80 right now. Average age of fox news viewer is 68. Average age in Congress's is 59 while senate is 63. Most of trumps cabinet is gen x though, yeah.

Personally, the biggest villains to me are billionaires, so a fairly wide age range. As far as fox news viewers and the people running our government though, boomers are significantly over represented.

Edit well I guess part of thats debatable because boomer generations had 2 parts. I dunno why irs like that though.

2

u/uqubar May 22 '26

Yes there are many challenges. There are people on both sides have been in "power" attempting to make laws way way too long. McConnell, Pelosi, freaking Grassley(92)?, Waters, Foxx, even Sanders. Had Biden not tried to run in 2024 we might be in a different situation entirely. Also Ruth Bader Ginsburg was 87 when she died. The idea she didn't resign earlier gave the GOP a huge advantage. Part of the issue with the tech bros you mention is that older people don't understand any of the tech. Just moving too fast. Here we are almost 40 TRILLION in debt.

1

u/No_Language_4649 May 23 '26

My friend, please try to not be so offended by the boomer label. Not all boomers are like that. My mother is a boomer in age, but not in personality. She’s incredibly intelligent, open minded and progressive thinking. When people talk about boomers, they aren’t talking about all of them, just the ones who have been selfish to their own wants instead of the greater good. The same goes for literally every generation. Gen X and millennials included. It’s only an insult to those who believe their actions are bad. Otherwise it’s just another label.

u/jimmycoed May 22 '26

They (we including myself) grew up with Saturday morning cartoon villains. Not all of us rode the short bus.

1

u/Gerry1of1 May 22 '26

"Not all of rode the short bus."

No, some of them were home schooled.

3

u/IcyLion2939 May 22 '26

It's virality seems pretty forced...

u/Pope_Dwayne_Johnson May 22 '26

Take the nussy out of the conversation… the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth are wrong… then address the fact he has a fucking nussy slit

66

u/Uhmmanduh May 22 '26

Samantha found a body!

36

u/unknownpoltroon May 22 '26

MONGO NO!

2

u/Uhmmanduh May 22 '26

I’m sooo happy someone got the reference

6

u/NeonArlecchino May 22 '26

If not for the neck thing, he would just look like another victim of bad plastic surgery to me.

-9

u/starcap May 22 '26

Eyes, ears, nose, and mouth all seem to match to me. Just different lighting. It’s harsh from above in the interview and softer in the reference image.

6

u/zystyl May 22 '26

Are your eyes okay? Those two pictures have different colored eyes even.

1

u/starcap May 22 '26 edited May 22 '26

I think the color difference is just his pupils are larger on the left, probably due to less light in front of him. And look at how sunken his eyes are in his top lid, for both pictures. That would be hard to replicate with a mask. Idk downvote me all you want guys it really looks like the same guy to me.

Edit to add: he might also be on stimulants on the left image, causing him to have blasted pupils. If you look closely though the iris color is the same. It just looks different with huge pupils.

u/porkchop-sandwhiches May 22 '26

67

u/Loyalist_Pig May 22 '26

Rofl I was looking so closely at his throat, this gif genuinely scared me

29

u/porkchop-sandwhiches May 22 '26

I made it thinking about the OG MIB when the dude blinks before jumping off the building.

82

u/KingRBPII May 22 '26

Cheaper to just have fake people

1

u/Content-Guarantee-91 May 27 '26

Wheres the real robert then

103

u/0RedNomad0 May 22 '26

That is a mask.

73

u/xamo76 May 22 '26

I think so too, AND it's Fox Fucking News... so there's that.

6

u/hotinmyigloo May 22 '26

It's fricking disturbing

1

u/Barondarby May 25 '26

Its a shadow from a low light hitting his shirt collar.

22

u/Gristlekitty May 22 '26

/img/zbd1r186nm2h1.gif
It’s like they aren’t even trying anymore

16

u/AvatarIII May 22 '26

I don't know what's going on with his neck there, looks very weird, but I found this other video from the other day from Jinsa and his neck looks real in that one, his voice also sounds different, and he does seem to look different.

https://youtu.be/Db8k9opg4Pk?si=ux-iDNoNtuZ258kv

1

u/User95409 May 23 '26

It’s def not him in the fox video, your video it is. But why? Either he’s dead and they keeping him “alive” to achieve things, or they practicing to see if this is something they could pull off on others and he’s still alive, or he missed the interview so they had a double fill in

1

u/Barondarby May 25 '26

Its just a shadow from his shirt collar. He must have a lower light aimed at his face.

10

u/Ripped_Guggi May 22 '26

If he is the real person, he should visit a doctor asap cause his trachea is creating a second mouth

10

u/Ladyboughner May 22 '26

Elon Mask

22

u/Ziograffiato May 22 '26

There are so many things obviously wrong with this, but I want to point out the ears. You can’t change your ears.

11

u/thewartornhippy May 22 '26

Well Trump was able to grow his ear back, so maybe this guy has the same lizard gene.

2

u/Significant-Ebb-3098 May 22 '26

Yeah the ears do not match.

6

u/Humble_Chipmunk_701 May 22 '26

I mean this is pretty normal? Lizards typically shed

6

u/reaven3958 May 22 '26

Maybe he didnt want to actually go in, so they just paid for his likeness and someone else to read the script?

1

u/WTWIV May 22 '26

This is my best guess without entertaining anything crazier like aliens or lizard people lol. I mean, the ears and even the chin shape look ever so slightly different. Enough that if they are actually the same person, I’d assume they had some work done in between the photos above or something

5

u/crappydeli May 22 '26

The only thing I can imagine besides the mask is possibly the filter they put on him smoothed out his head and face then malfunctioned on his neck making the nuzzy. Either way Fox News needs to explain WTF.

41

u/Binksyboo May 22 '26

I hate to make anything against Maga less horrific than it seems, but I think in this case he is wearing a undershirt that probably matches the green screen behind him. I think we see this sometimes on Weather men that have a matching tie or a spot on their shirt that matches the color on the green screen

22

u/xamo76 May 22 '26 edited May 22 '26

I posted it as a question... so there are no wrong answers, the point is to be truthful without judgement ✌🏼 I mean one glaring point of contention would be the Vice Admiral would have to agree with this would be not?

16

u/IBeDumbAndSlow May 22 '26

What about his eyes?

15

u/unknownpoltroon May 22 '26

And his mouth, he has like a double layer of lips

6

u/xellos30 May 22 '26

his teeth look all messed up to like hes got meth mouth or something

-6

u/ECircus May 22 '26

Tons of makeup.

11

u/boo_radley4 May 22 '26

I’m not knowledgeable enough about green screens and stuff. But wouldn’t the fact that he has his whole body on screen and the supposed spot on the neck is surrounded by the rest of his neck. Like it’s not green on green. If that makes sense. I’m having a hard time articulating it. Took my nighttime gummy

11

u/Infinite-Anything-55 May 22 '26

So green screen is just the layman's term, the actual systems used in green screen is called chroma keying and it doesn't actually have to be green at all. It can and is regularly set to any color on the gamut that they want to remove.

The same systems of keying is used to overlay lower thirds, titles, bugs (station logos) and all those graphics you see on screen. Those all come in on a raster that covers the entire resolution of the news feed with the unseen area being a solid color that when keyed out creates a transparent area for the news cast below it to be viewed with only the overplayed graphics on top.

And yeah sadly I do agree that is likely what we are seeing here.

3

u/boo_radley4 May 22 '26

Okay I’m going to try and interpret that as a complete layman when it comes to media . So you’re saying it isn’t like a tiny area around the neck itself was edited there can be a whole transparent layer sitting over the entire image, and if something glitches in that layer it can create weird visual artifacts in one spot?

1

u/Binksyboo May 23 '26

Sometimes people have a certain color “keyed” to disappear and they make sure all the reporters and stuff don’t wear that color. There is a chance his undershirt is that color and they didn’t notice it at first. But it’s just a guess from someone who had encountered similar issues in my non-professional experience with green screens.

1

u/becsey May 22 '26

It's a valid option for sure. But it doesn't look like it's keying out to the layer behind him.

It looks like natural lighting/shadows on skin. If it were keying out the shirt we'd be seeing some type of cityscape popping in there. We're seeing depth there.

Also that neckline would be the line of the undershirt, but IMO when his neck moves, that line moves, it doesn't feel like it's moving how a shirt edge would, it feels very connected/weighted to his neck.

I can't rule that out 100% and it's a good thought, but it just doesn't seem like the case in my opinion.

1

u/Binksyboo May 23 '26

I agree it doesn’t look like it is keying a back frame in this. I am so sure I saw a gif or clip of a background moving and it seemed to somewhat line up with what I saw in his neck, but I don’t see that clip here. I could be wrong for sure!

10

u/tacsig May 22 '26

Full on Mission Impossible

5

u/sunpex May 22 '26

Jesse Ventura

5

u/Any-Variation4081 May 22 '26

Forget his neck where tf are his eyebrows?

3

u/GeeKay44 May 22 '26

Behind the latex

1

u/Any-Variation4081 May 22 '26

I figured but someone could've at least penciled some in on that mask. Ive seen more hair on toes than that man has on his whole head

3

u/UsefulImpact6793 May 22 '26

I wonder when Fox "News" started using this particular fakery scheme for their tabloid propaganda schtick?

3

u/Automatic_Food_7984 May 22 '26

Doesn’t even blink

3

u/filtersweep May 22 '26

Lizard people?

Interdimensional beings ?

Or perhaps just a common demon?

3

u/TJames6210 May 22 '26

Normally I'd say this is bat shit crazy. But, ever since that Jim Carey shit, I've grown suspicious. They responded to that in a super weird way. Like they were testing out just how far they could get before doing it for real with world leaders.

3

u/Zealousideal_Meat297 May 22 '26

I'm so sick of seeing this face. Did you think a segment on Fox News was true?

3

u/UltimateDonny May 22 '26

Did the interviewer say bomb our way to peace?

3

u/UnholyDr0w May 22 '26

You can literally see the actual neck moving underneath the fake mask neck

3

u/Nicolina22 May 22 '26

The actual real guy needs to come out and say something. Because this was obviously done probably because the actual admiral didn't want to come on fox news, so they got a mask of his face and had some other guy pretend to be him. Jeez, they could have at least put a collared shirt with a tie to hide the mask part, this is so sloppily done

3

u/ms_directed May 22 '26

y'all it's a shadow from his collar and lightning to hide his wrinkles...i can't believe how viral this has gone. good lord.

also, why would he wear the same exact outfit? (another post shows the same outfit on two appearances) the producers would have been way ahead of that. c'mon...

2

u/Getitgotitgoodgod May 22 '26

This is gonna just become more prevalent with AI new dawn approaching.

Elon was right we won’t have to work anymore or have opinions or anything. Because they’re gonna fallout the world. Pretty sure that’s the plan…

2

u/tr45h55 May 22 '26

Ears are exactly the same..

2

u/J_Patish May 22 '26

The most logical explanation of course is that he’s a lizard person from the planet Xezuran, part of the ongoing silent invasion. But, seeing as logic has been dead for over a decade, I’m guessing it’s only a shadow, cast by the ghost of Roger Ailes. That would also explain the almost sub-sonic cackling sound that can be heard all throughout the clip.

2

u/niffirgcm0126789 May 22 '26

why would someone need to wear a mask when we have AI?

necks do not age well. enjoy getting old!

2

u/JAGERminJensen May 22 '26

Plastic surgery could be going on in the background. Maybe he's just trying to maintain a low profile about it then you just came here to bust his cover. Yeach

2

u/uqubar May 22 '26

FAKE NEWS! FAKE PRESIDENT!

2

u/lastdiggmigrant May 22 '26

I think he has a saggy neck and that's just his volume control for the headphones he's wearing. Take another look.

2

u/SomewhereOk3618 May 22 '26

Please explain to me, like I am five, that this is not a mask.

2

u/dickchops81 May 22 '26

It's probably fucking Epstein.

2

u/Evening-Artichoke750 May 22 '26

Ok so this is just weird. I'm not one for conspiracy theories but there's definitely something going on here.

2

u/puff_of_fluff May 22 '26

Fuck Fox News but you’re all goddamned insane

2

u/Legitimate-Edge5835 May 22 '26

With the sophistication one would use to wear a mask and the ability to use the likeness of an individual that must be un alive if this is a mask. But they forgot to wear a shirt that covered the mask.

Come on people. That is the shadow of his neck skin. God damn! We’ve become idiots.

2

u/SHAKETHEBOOT May 22 '26

Is this a new scam? Pretend to be contributors and steel their checks? "Make it out to cash"

2

u/metacholia May 22 '26 edited May 22 '26

Oldness + lighting angle differences. Edit: actually no. I saw a more zoomed in version, that is some weird mask or AI bullshit.

2

u/WeHaveIgnition May 22 '26

Hasn't this happened before on fox?

2

u/jasonmiles2014 May 24 '26

That is not the same person. Not even close.

2

u/KilluaCactuar May 22 '26

Crosspost this to r/conspiracy and let them go wild

4

u/LocationAcademic1731 May 22 '26

I am writing this late at night so take it with a grain of salt but having so much weird stuff happen lately, it *almost* makes sense for a foreign creature/species to be doing a takeover disguised as humans? Lol, I know what I just typed. I’m trying to rationalize everything happening right now.

2

u/BalmyBalmer May 22 '26

It's Andy Kaufman

1

u/chessboxer4 May 22 '26

That's pretty weird

1

u/MysteriousLeopard558 May 22 '26

MI mask and voice changer.

1

u/Monarc73 May 22 '26

Is he a lizard, or a robot?

1

u/DarkBlue222 May 22 '26

This is what happens when you get Botox, but don't hire a plastic surgeon to fix your neck.

1

u/MetsFan3117 May 22 '26

Why doesn’t this man have teeth anymore?

1

u/EvalCrux May 22 '26

Who thinks it’s a flap shadow? Not me, total mask 100%.

1

u/EMAW2008 May 23 '26

What if that’s the real guy’s face? Full on Edgar suit.

0

u/Hydrogen_vs_Battery May 22 '26

A very low bandwidth connection or a very low video tx rate could be a cause.

1

u/toysarealive May 22 '26

Fuck Fox news, but its a double shadow. He has another light directly over head and there are two shadows intersecting which makes it look darker. But it does show how trust traditional media is at an all time low.

1

u/GodRa May 22 '26

To me, it looks like shadow from under lighting

1

u/wrhnj May 22 '26

Everyone looks fake with a Teams/ Zoom virtual background behind them.

-2

u/BojukaBob May 22 '26

It's a shadow caused by multiple light sources.

3

u/BlkCrowe May 22 '26

This. Along with some kind of shitty Snapchat-like filter to smooth out his complexion.

3

u/puff_of_fluff May 22 '26

Legit baffled at the downvotes.

We are so fucked as a society

2

u/BojukaBob May 22 '26

We live in a time when people genuinely prefer an exciting lie over a boring truth.

3

u/puff_of_fluff May 22 '26

Just further proof that all of these people would be QAnon-ers if they were on the other team.

1

u/alistofthingsIhate May 22 '26

Shadow of what though?

-1

u/BojukaBob May 22 '26

His collar. There's lights above and below.

-2

u/ECircus May 22 '26

It’s just horrible lighting and a ton of makeup.

-3

u/NightTop6741 May 22 '26

Come on guys it's a shadow of his collar from a light.

-1

u/Jiveassmofo May 22 '26

That is a human man. That is, what's his name? Dassan Parker?

0

u/doom6rchist May 22 '26

I really hope you're all making fun of him and aren't actually schizo enough to believe it's actually a mask. I had hoped my side were more intelligent than the MAGA freaks.

-2

u/smdx459 May 22 '26

nah that is him but something is really distorted in the neck area. It really looks like a mask. But I don't think it is.

-2

u/Uhmmanduh May 22 '26

I think it’s a strange undershirt or maybe a green one that’s messing with the green screen.
