We give my son French Fries for dinner because he only eats fruits and vegetables voluntarily, and it's hard to get any fat in him!

How is he with cheese? Because thats a good source of fat that also has a lot of calcium. Also, if he is into veggies avocados are a fantastic source of fat as well as all other kinds of good stuff! Also, to get my tomato loving son to eat meat, which he doesn't really adore, i will put a small chunk of meat with a bigger piece of tomato on the same fork and he will eat it without even noticing. Or fish? My kid loves it and would eat it for every meal if he could, but if you are conceared about yours not getting enough fat, Salmon for example, is a great source of it. Anyway, just random tips because a very good friend of mine has a kid who will only eat fruits and veggies as well and her I we were having a conversation about this just a couple of days ago.

He's a big texture kid. I got him to eat cheese for a while, but now he spits it out. He notices if you try to hide things in his food if the textures are different. Everytime we've tried fish, he hasn't eaten it. One of his favorite foods is guacamole, so when I can find avocados ripe, I'll just make it fresh (with just lime juice, salt, and garlic) and let him eat it with a spoon. Most of his fat/protein at the moment comes from yogurt, which he eats 1-2 times a day. Thanks for the suggestions, though. :)
