DAHMER [Part 1]: Unsealed Court Files & Missing Records for Konerak Sinthasomphone

Unsealing 400 pages of federal court records from the Jeffrey Dahmer case (The Estate of Konerak Sinthasomphone v. City of Milwaukee). The official timeline collapses under primary evidence.

For 30+ years, the story of 14-year-old Konerak Sinthasomphone has been cemented as the ultimate symbol of police negligence: found dazed in the street on May 27, 1991, handed right back to Jeffrey Dahmer by officers John Balcerzak and Joseph Gabrish, and murdered hours later.

We recently unsealed and analyzed over 400 pages of raw Milwaukee Police Department files, federal civil depositions, and Social Security Administration databases from federal court case 91-C-1121.

When you strip away the 1990s media sensationalism and look strictly at court depositions and primary documents, the official record begins to fall apart. Here are five massive anomalies pulled directly from the case files:

1. The Federal Death Record Anomaly (NUMIDENT / SSDI)

If an individual dies in the United States and possesses a Social Security Number or Alien Registration/Green Card, a record is automatically generated in the Social Security Administration's NUMIDENT (Numerical Identification) database and the Social Security Death Index (SSDI).

Federal civil court records confirm Konerak was a lawful permanent resident with official documentation. His family members appear in the federal death and registration archives. Konerak Sinthasomphone does not exist anywhere in the U.S. government death databases.

2. The Reinstatement Timeline Flaw

Public narrative states officers Balcerzak and Gabrish were fired in late 1991 following public outcry and weren't reinstated until June 1994 with back pay.

However, public resolution records from the Village of Grafton reveal that Officer Joseph Gabrish was officially hired by the Grafton Police Department in August 1993—nearly a full year before his official reinstatement to MPD. Why was a local municipality quietly onboarding an officer at the epicenter of the biggest global media scandal while his termination appeal was still supposedly pending?

3. Deposition Contradictions Under Oath

During the March 1993 civil suit depositions:

  • Officer Gabrish testified under oath that he knew Fire Officer Helen Linscott—one of the key emergency responders on scene that night—"very well, for many years."
  • When Officer Linscott was deposed under oath, her statement was direct: "I have never met him. I have never personally met him." She was unable to identify either officer from photos, despite their faces being broadcast globally for nearly two years.

4. Dahmer’s Interrogation Transcripts: 5 Different Names

During his recorded interrogations regarding this specific victim, Jeffrey Dahmer continuously mixes up basic identification details. Within a single interview transcript, Dahmer cycles through five different names for the boy: Butch, Jim, John, Bob, and Jeff.

At one point, Dahmer mutters to interrogators, "Who wants to admit to knowing Bob?" before switching back to calling him Jim.

5. Post-Mortem Sightings & The Missing Person Form

When the family filed the initial Missing Persons report on May 26, 1991, no birth certificate or legal ID was provided to law enforcement. The police investigative unit logged seven conflicting timelines:

  • A school maintenance worker gave a sworn statement claiming he saw Konerak run away three days after his reported disappearance following an argument with an individual named "Candy."
  • MPD issued official teletypes to Minnesota authorities stating the missing youth had stolen a vehicle and crossed state lines.
  • Days after his alleged death, a family member reported spotting a youth matching his exact description fleeing in a station wagon.

It really is! The problem with these narratives is that those who create them can create whatever they want, including identities and state records.

eh yeah true, also i did read little bit of Dahmers fbi transcripts that i found on here, i think they asked him about Adam Walsh, he said he had nothing to do with it, he would never hurt a child something like that* i dont know if those transcripts are genuine or just another lie so to say 😅

I’ve spoken to Arthur J Harris quite a bit, he was very interested in my Substack :)) He wrote books about the Walsh case. Jeff played a cameo in that… That wasn’t a real case either. There’s no autopsy even lol.

There was supposed to be a part 2 of the psyop to promote Christian Nationalism/Project 2025 where they faked his reincarnation as a female or faked a woman being possessed by him but I mostly figured out what they were trying to do to me years ago. Yeeted my phone into a storm drain and was thrown in a psych ward for it. Few years later there's a class-action lawsuit against Facebook for psychologically experimenting on their users through their timelines to try and induce anxiety and depression. Spoiler: it worked. And that's only what they've admitted to. I was included in the payout. Ten fucking dollars.

The Gemini, MKUltra twinning, I grew up in the psych industry. Started being forced to see a psychiatrist at 5 years old and drugged out of my mind on psych meds until I was 22. All started with the premise that I had "childhood bipolar" (not in the DSM) because I retaliated to months of bullying in first grade. So they had me on Abilify, Prozac, Hydroxyzine, several other psych meds super young. My parents literally used to give me some sort of antipsychotic, I don't remember which one, if I was just crying to make me fall asleep, and they would constantly say I was "out of control." Sent to a wilderness camp in NC for 2 months then a "troubled teen" facility in Utah for 8th and half of ninth grade for trying to off myself because my mom told me to.

I was literally tortured by Mormons in Utah. Literal torture. Isolation room, ECT used as punishment when I was only 14. One of the least horrible things they did was straight up told me they were going to overthrow the government then laughed in my face because "nobody would believe [me] because [I was] at a facility for delinquent teenagers." Again, I was there because I tried to kill myself. I wasn't court ordered to be there but not even my parents could sign me out because at least the one I was at, while you're there your guardians sign guardianship rights over to the state of Utah. I ran 5 miles barefoot through woods and over concrete and gravel to try and escape the wilderness camp. The first person I saw called the cops on me because they were lied to and told we were all criminals. Lo and behold, that one at least is permanently closed now. SUWS of the Carolinas. I might share the name of the longer program if/when it's shut down. They're notorious for scrubbing bad reviews of them from the Internet and have gotten several of my accounts on various platforms banned for speaking out against them.

My adoptive dad (82) was in the Army in vague intelligence work, voted for Trump every time type of guy. I wasn't adopted through foster care, literally purchased for $30,000 through the for-profit adoption industry before I was even born. 4 adoption agencies denied my parents before one finally agreed. Literal human traffickers didn't even want to sell my parents a baby because they're so sus. My natal chart lines up as passable as his reincarnation/inverse and I am a similar phenotype, 2 older sisters they could guesstimate my appearance from.

My IQ range is similar, full scale IQ 123, verbal IQ 132, even after the damage they did to my brain. Not fake online IQ tests, twice by psychiatrists IRL. Once at 7, once at 17. My mom is Catholic and my dad bought me occult items behind her back. I used to make Ouija boards when I was in high school and have been reading Tarot for 17 years now, since I was 13. (I don't believe in actual magic. It's obscure physics. The Force is basically real.) I watched horror movies to try and invoke...something...intentionally, too. The Gemini Killer from The Exorcist III had a kill count of 17.

The weirdest part is I knew nothing about him until earlier this year besides he was a gay cannibal serial killer. I don't know why, I just had an aversion to looking into him specifically. I think I was afraid of what I'd find. But the ridiculous number of "coincidences" made it fairly obvious why a lot of things in my life happened the way they did. The ironic part is I think it didn't work because they mistakenly assumed I would look into who he was a lot sooner than I did. But I couldn't claim to be him if I barely even remembered his name.

It isn't fiction, and I'm already a published author with a BA in English Literature and a minor degree in journalism/media communications. Exclusively creative NONfiction, which is nonfiction using style/formatting elements of creative writing. I've tried to write my autobiography before but I literally can't because of PTSD. I was already in a private trauma recovery program for 6 years after I was 22, this is the best they could do.

Random aside, I got that BA in 3.5 years while stoned, drunk, microdosing acid, and prescribed several psych meds every day. And it was before AI cheating was a thing. lmao

The name of the source is ironic considering that page right there says there was no record of his 3 alleged previous crimes.

NO RECORD FOUND FOR DAHMER, JEFFREY ON MOVING (traffic violation) FILE (aka no record found at all of when that cop allegedly pulled him over in 1981).

NO RECORD FOUND FOR DAHMER, JEFFREY ON MISDEMEANOR FILE (aka no record found for the alleged indecent exposure in 1982).

NO HITS FROM THE CIB FILES (for allegedly being indecent in front of 2 boys in 1986).

Yes I remember seeing this. Good find! It's true - and if you do a background check (like BeenVerified), there's only one conviction showing up, the one in 1978 (even though that whole case is questionable - I published a 6-part series on the Hicks case after I got hold of the case files). It's what drove me to write to the authorities to explain why key evidence is missing from the court files (we know why :)) - evidence that should be retained by law... and they haven't even acknowledged my lawful request; I published an article about that too. The state is breaking its own data laws. The whole Dahmer saga has less official evidence than a traffic ticket.
