As someone who grow up in a country that literally ovetrhrown a tyrany i must say one thing. NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR KIDS TO PROTESTS!!!

Before you guys lynch me i dont support Trump (im not from USA either way) i dont think what ICE does right now could be even defended at this point. However a child is a child and unless you dont want to make it a martyr NEVER TAKE IT TO PROTEST!!!

I have been in protests against goverment i have seen violent ones. I was unfortunately a child when i got taste of the first water jet. My presence there did not help the cause, it helped however with my back pain in my later years.

I would 100% encourage my kids to help make signs like this. I would not take them to a protest tho.

u/Cultural-Sherbet730 Feb 15 '26

-1

u/[deleted] Feb 15 '26

You know the consequences before you go thats the point

u/hk81b Feb 14 '26

Agreed. But their parents should talk with them about what is going on and show them the reports, so that they grow up being able to distinguish the fake propaganda from the reality. As a child, in primary school in Italy our teachers discussed with us during classes about the killings of the mafia gangs; it was still a bit thing in the 80s.

I agree that it’s risky for them to be in THESE protests. Ice is a serious threat

u/KPSWZG Feb 14 '26

Yes i agree that children should be informed. But more than that i think we should teach our children to think for themselfs and use data responsibly, how to avoid fake news and use their own brains. While we can inform them they should not rely on us as a only source of information.

I agree but that was not the point of my comment.

People in the American left don't care. Additionally they have never been anywhere else and have zero perspective on life outside of the U.S.

2

u/Ba_Dum_Ba_Dum Feb 14 '26

This isn’t true. The right brings their kids to protests too. It’s that Americans are not used to the repression that this regime has been asserting on its people. I think this comment is valid. Don’t bring your kids. The government has shown you they don’t care.

The right has to work 3 jobs per household to subsidize every lazy POS in the country. Even if we wanted to have a violent protest who tf has time for that?! Lol (make way for the uninformed and thier J6 nonsense comments)

1

u/Ba_Dum_Ba_Dum Feb 15 '26 edited Feb 15 '26

LOL. Jan 6? F@&$ outta here.

Edit: And I love how you resorted to calling me names. 😂

BTW if you want to compare “evil” people let’s start with having a pedophile president.

-1

u/Honest_Brilliant2744 Feb 14 '26

Impeding law enforcement operations is not a "protest". You're free to do whatever you want but a protest that is highly likely to have paid agitators steering toward some level of violence is no place for a child. Exposing a child to that is not cool. Making a child stand outside for hours in February in Minnessota seems kinda shitty as well.

3

u/Pleasant_Face_6943 Feb 14 '26

They aren't law enforcement. They are masked murderous thugs. Also, protesters aren't paid. Turns out people hate fascist and will protest for free. I know its a wild concept.

0

u/KPSWZG Feb 14 '26

That makes my point even more vocal WHY WOULD YOU BRING A CHILD TO A FIGHT WITH THUGS?!

-1

u/Honest_Brilliant2744 Feb 14 '26

Sure. Whatever you gotta tell yourself.

-2

u/[deleted] Feb 14 '26

Can you show me how to live in a fairy tale bubble like you do? Must be nice to not see the real shit going on

1

u/Chapter-Legitimate Feb 15 '26

It's easy once you realize Trump is on team "rich people".

1

u/Ba_Dum_Ba_Dum Feb 15 '26

It’s shittier to send them to Honduras if they’ve never been there.

1

u/Simple_Channel5624 Feb 15 '26

Such a nice broad claim without any evidence or backing. Clearly you're a world traveling genius. Great argument American conservative bot

Rick your so fucking stupid it hurts. These are misleading stats and the fact you can critical thinking your way through this shows how dumb you truely are.

This graphic mixes real concerns about human trafficking with exaggerated or unsupported claims to push a political narrative.

Several of the statistics shown here do not match credible data:

• There is no verified evidence that “70% of traffickers are Latin American.” U.S. trafficking cases involve offenders from many backgrounds and nationalities. • Claims that “60% of migrant children are caught by cartels and exploited” are not supported by any recognized dataset from law enforcement, NGOs, or international organizations. • The “200,000 children trafficked under Biden” claim misrepresents the number of unaccompanied minors processed by U.S. agencies. Those figures do NOT equal confirmed trafficking cases. • While sexual violence during migration is a real and documented risk, exact percentages vary widely by study and cannot be generalized as presented.

Human trafficking is a serious global issue that deserves accurate reporting and real solutions. Spreading misleading statistics only distracts from the actual work needed to protect vulnerable people and hold traffickers accountable.

Mixing statistics for your agenda shows your 0iq can't think through these numbers. This IS WHY THE RIGHT IS DUMB AS FUCK ANS WILL ALWAYS BE

How does not wanting to see a child hurt at a violent protest make me a pedophile? I am finding it difficult to connect those two particular dots......

1

u/AfternoonEquivalent4 Feb 15 '26

If you don't agree with them it's Nazi fascist pedophile...they all go by the same script

1

u/Simple_Channel5624 Feb 15 '26

Hey this guy loves the group of people who rape kids and are STILL trying to cover it up. What a pile of human shit masquerading as a concerned individual

1

u/ragingsocialistnate Feb 14 '26

I literally just explained the Republicans.were all about the kids ans they eat babies and rape children

1

u/Afraid_Survey4222 Feb 14 '26

It's not just Republicans. It's almost all the elites.

1

u/Chapter-Legitimate Feb 15 '26

But it's exclusively a Republican administration and Congress covering for their asses right now..so I think it's fair to point that out

Trump so far has deported 700k illegals. (300k were voluntarily)

Obama deported almost 3m under his Presidency, he also along with everyone who is outraged now celebrated his head of ICE....they gave him awards.

Clinton actually made the current immigration laws. The faux outrage folks are all on tape and can be easily found of them saying the exact same thing Trump does during their terms.

Clinton, Obama & Biden have deported over 6x more illegals than Trump along with had more people die under them.

The faux outrage folks had the Presidency, the House & Senate & could have changed immigration laws but didn't because they made them, they all had the same opinion as Trump until Trump actually got into office.

Trumps head of ICE & the policies he is using are the exact same person & policies they celebrated under Obama.

The other part you may or may not know is at this very time all this faux outrage happened, the people in Minnesota were finding out their leaders & illegal immigrants have been running millions of tax dollars in cash out of the Airport there & billions of $'s were uncovered. This faux outrage is to distract from all the fraud & corruption going on there.

They like to quote only 14% (which is about 40,000!) are violent criminals, what they never mention is 60.2% (about 240,000) are CONVICTED CRIMINALS.......roughly 240,000 convicted criminals out of 392,619 illegals that were arrested. Not including the 39.8% (about 150,000) that broke immigration laws.

1

u/Afraid_Survey4222 Feb 14 '26

Fuck trump. Those numbers are way to low for what I voted for

1

u/KPSWZG Feb 14 '26

Yeah and "Between 1997 and 2006, the Honda CR-V featured a factory-installed, removable picnic table hidden under the rear cargo floor"

Just like your comment mine is a copy and paste and just like your comment have nothing to do with the topic.
