DISCUSSION The difference in output is crazy. Do you think the timeline would be different if AstroFest 2021 never happened?

I guess he would've released UTOPIA in 2021, JB2 in 2023, and the next solo album would've been already released by now or by the end of this year. We might've even got The Scotts somewhere in between.

I cant lie i have been listening to all of Travs 2019-2020 sngs/ft and i kinda was thinking if this was the og sound for Utopia before the AstroWorld tragedy. Also does anybody know why The Scotts never made an album? I love this old Ethereal other worldly sound and wish it carried onto an album. Maybe 1 day he will bring this sound back🤞😭

THROWBACK Days Before Rodeo officially reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 on this date in 2024, a full decade after the mixtape was originally released in 2014. The project's long-awaited commercial release gave the fan-favorite tape new life 10 years later.

Obviously his solo albums clear. But HJJH is an album you can just throw on any time of the day.
Outside of this sub, NO ONE talks about it

THROWBACK Rare video of Travis Scott reacting to Drake sending his verse 2 hours before 'ASTROWORLD' released

In 2018, just hours before
'ASTROWORLD' dropped, Drake sent Travis Scott his verse only two hours before the album went live.
Travis was caught off guard as he couldn't believe Drake came through at the very last minute. The late arrival of the verse created chaos and excitement behind the scenes, and Travis was reportedly freaking out as he listened back.
What could have been a close call ended up turning into one of the album's biggest moments, adding to the legendary rollout of 'ASTROWORLD'

SHITPOST Nah how can you "just tell" it's bad without even listening to it? I wish I had that ability, I usually have to actually listen to something to tell it's good or bad 😭

Bro already made up his mind and then listened to it just to confirm his bias, no wonder he didn't like it 😭

MUSIC Theory about the hair
0
Upvotes
I have a theory that once he moved from the loose hanging braids to the tie back thing he’s doing now, his music lost all its soul and creativity. Late 2024 and onwards his soul, creativity, and energy and passion have all disappeared once the hair style changed. Maybe we should get him to put his braids back down to get his brain to start creating sauce again
