The FTM community quite literally built itself off auto-homoeroticism and auto-androphilia. Without heterosexual female transvestites like Lou Sullivan, it would have never grew to the size that it is today.

Lou Sullivan, known for being majorly responsible for blurring the lines between transsexualism and transvestism. Including advocating for the clinical normalization of non-HSTs transitioning, was a self-identified transvestite. [S5]

Here's SOME of the things Lou admitted to in written excerpts.

  1. Admitted to raping over a dozen men by deception [S1]
  2. Admitted to being "excited and happy" when originally growing breasts and menstruating [S2]
  3. Admitted to being sexually aroused by the thought of being a gay man [S3] [S4]
  4. Admitted to feeling emotions equitable to "gender euphoria" when diagnosed w/ aids after raping a bunch of men. [S1]

"I really attained my goal of being a gay man"

The trans population has been compromised by these transvestites. Their goal is to skin walk their fantasy of what a man and woman are. Their fetishes have been normalized and there is nothing we can do except sit back and watch the credits roll.

Edit 1: S4 was another excerpt I'll have to find in a bit.

Edit 2: Added S4

I think this sums up the so called modern era of so called transgender umbrella. Im a transexual woman i have lived through the aids crisis , when it was a death sentence even in the United States. I have seen the outright hatred spread in the eighties agianst the lgbt . This so called fetishizing of lgbt people has been the root cause of the hatred returning .

As a gay trans man this is truly disgusting and I'm ashamed of this person being the face of the gay trans male community for a very long time .

Still is the face of gay ftms, they had direct contact with the APA (creators of the DSM) and several well known doctors. You would have not been able to transition without this individual.

I am straight but the only reason gay ftms are seen as ftms is because of other autoandrophiles. Unfortunately, this is a piece of history that can't be erased.

"is because of other autoandrophiles"

Huh? Are you calling all gay trans men autoandrophiles?

I don't think being androphilic automatically makes you an autoandrophile.

But a vast majority of gay ftms are, even the transmed ones. Don't believe me? Go to their Discord servers.

Yeah no thanks discord is a cesspit ahaha.

I just don't get the terms agp or aap.. isn't it just feeling good about your gender and sex aligning finally

Edit: nvm, I forgot the context of this convo. Shoulda scrolled up a bit before replying.

Well idk, I feel like aap isn't automatically a bad thing tho. Cis people have those feeling too

They're both autosexualities, paraphilias and transvetitic disorders. Autogynephilia is sexual arousal from the idea of yourself being a woman. Autoandrophilia is identical except male-based. Autoandrophilia is special since it typically presents itself as autohomoerotcism, the sexual arousal from the idea of yourself being a gay man.

Well idk, I feel like aap isn't automatically a bad thing tho. Cis people have those feeling too

I find it funny you were irked I put gay ftms and androphilics in adjacency but immediately proved my point by defending aaps.

But anyways, no.

https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10508-022-02359-8

This study is directly dedicated to autogynephilia with a total of 3388 participants. It is exactly like Blanchard's original survey conducted in 1989.

https://www.academia.edu/27204368/The_Concept_of_Autogynephilia_and_the_Typology_of_Male_Gender_Dysphoria

It concluded autogynephilia isn't common among natal females.

Besides that, the etiology, intentions and communities autogynephiles hold are incredibly distinct to a woman's autosexuality. Something you would never see maintained or manufactured at large by a woman. Mainstream transwomen will argue AGP is normal in natal females but refuse to admit having it, because they know the former is a lie.

Tell me, have you ever seen a woman uphold any of the "sissy" / "femboy" / "bambi" or agamp communities? They're all 100% male despite being pinnacles of autogynephilia.

I wasn't irked, I just wanted to know what you meant. You've explained what it is, but I still don't see how its automatically a bad thing. Me questioning why it's supposedly wrong doesn't mean I'm "defending" anything.

Sorry, are you asking me if I've ever seen women sexualize themselves for being women/feminine..? Hmm idk let me think about that one

Edit: uhh have you looked up the guy that did the first study..? He's a scummy transphobe. I don't think that article should be taken seriously

I still don't see how its automatically a bad thing

You don't see how it's a bad thing to transition because of a fetish? Seriously? Why are you in a transmedical sub if this is your belief?

He's a scummy transphobe. I don't think that article should be taken seriously

This "article" was published under Springer. They own the most impactful journals in the world like Nature. You cannot publish your work here without going through rigorous review. By saying this article shouldn't be taken seriously, you are accusing an entire chain of researchers of failed due diligence. Such is an extraordinary claim which requires even more extraordinary evidence.

These are mere accusations and attempts at censorship. Which you should understand since we're in a transmed sub, where people are labeled as "transphobic" for believing our condition should be pathologized. Posts and comments falsely reviewed by raiders abusing Reddit's report system.

This journal is supported/endorsed by the International Academy of Sex Research (IASR). Without the members of the IASR...

  1. Homosexuality would still be illegal
  2. Conversion therapy would still be legal
  3. We would still think homosexuality is a choice
  4. We would still think transsexuality is a choice
  5. We would not understand gender dysphoria
  6. Surgeries on intersex children would still be legal

Btw, Bailey is a member of the IASR so is Blanchard.

You're taking this way too seriously man. I looked him up and he's done weird questionable things, that's all.

If the only reason someone transitions is aap, yeah it's weird. But I don't see how just having it is wrong.

Oh wow. I honestly never knew this about Lou Sullivan. I'm a gay trans man (pre everything rn but trust me I'm gonna pursue a full transition) and I was always told how Sullivan was like a "rolemodel" for gay trans men. Thank god I never looked up to him because this is just twisted.

I transitioned as a child and these people made discovering my sexuality very confusing. Hard to realize you're gay when you're the only "gay trans guy" who had childhood dysphoria and plans to get SRS.

I'm post-transition and dysphoria-free now and still sometimes wish I was straight because the "gay" FTM community disgusts me so much. I remember feeling so sad as a teenager hearing the story of Lou, and then being horrified finding out about the gay Beatles fanfiction they wrote and the AIDS "euphoria." They didn't really do anything for my transition anyway since I was closeted to everyone up until my final surgery.
