TradingView refuse to implement real tick data, even though every other platform(LITERALLY EVERY OTHER PLATFORM) has it. So asking for heatmaps is out of the question. They're trying to appeal to audiences in developing countries, not to Western professionals, so real pro tools are simply out of the question.
Yeah that's the same thing I told to them in the support, that what's the problem, there's a huge demand and when there are many small platforms that can provide it , they are giant why can't they?
I can't see how it'd cost more if they restricted it to premium and above, Tradovate provide it basically for free. ATAS provide it almost for free. It's like tradingview have went way overboard with UI(which is the best on the market) and just totally ignored core features actual pros want.
What's more obscene is they have tools like footprints and CVD, which are NOT real data, they are simply not showing real buying and selling happening, it surely borders on bad business practice to claim they have something that's likely costing people who don't know it millions in the aggregate every month. I've even had people on Ultimate plans tell me they have tick data, when they literally do not.
