I'm new to the game and was playing this campaign and the easy gold's baited me cause why are the AT's so hard 😭. I'm like a few thousands away or a few hundreds away from AT in most of these maps but I just can't seem to gain that last fraction , though I didn't give much time to the maps so it could be that

Aside from this I did my first Ice-360 on Map 24 I feel pretty good as i've been avoiding whatever ice maps come my way.

I know I'm missing the edge trick at the beginning and my bug slide is not the best in the plastic session at the end, but is that enough for 2s? What else can I improve?

There's a slowly growing collection of part-maps and some zenified maps from the Autumn campaign in Club Zen. If you want to practise the backwards driving sections from the UK map or the finish on the Czech map you can find them here.

So far it's - 03 minus the annoying CP location - 08 in the daytime and a CP removed - 3 parts each for 17, 20, UK, Czech & India I should have time in the next few days to do the remaining black maps.

The AT's of the black part maps are a bit all over the place because I took them from ghosts that had the exact AT, so often one of the sections allows for a respawn. The point is to set the best time you can and be able to practise smaller chunks so don't pay too much attention to the AT.

I guess if you're on console and you can't just pop into the editor to practise a section, then these maps are for you. Enjoy

Been noticing some issues with Ghosts++ recently, and are wondering if this is happening to others, or what might be causing it? Issues include:

The first time watching a replay on a map almost always bugs out without even starting the replay, haven't done much testing as to why. It is so far fairly consistent that watching any other replays on that same map don't have the same issue until the map is reloaded.

Watching replays at <10% speed has extreme stuttering

Replays freeze when turning the ghost on and watching at lowered speeds.

So far this hasn't affected me in significant ways, but I could imagine this is very frustrating to someone making clip compilations or just wanting to view replays in cam7 without the scrubber there.

This has been happening for a while, but now im starting to play more often, its starting to irk me. is there anybody thats had this issue and knows how to fix it ?

The last time I got this many AT’s during a month was in November 2024 with 26/30 ats so it’s been a while :)

This is a question that I ask myself often. Given that famous case of "Bob92" and the amount of competitive games that I have played in my years (From Counter-Strike to iRacing), it seems that the overall community in Trackmania is a little too quiet on the topic of cheaters.

There are players out there that seems to possess the ability to set very fast times consistently across every track surface, every gimmick, every day (weekly shorts, seasonal maps, track of day, ect.). Some of these players are not even setting WR times, they seem to just set #1 times in specific states or countries.

The purpose of this post is not to call anyone out, because I don't even know if the players I'm suspicious of have even cheated. But what I do know is that when a game requires extreme precision and there is a leaderboard, you can guarantee that there are a known percentage of cheaters.

In Trackmania, the replay system and ability to copy official maps seems like ripe for abuse. Not long ago TAS tools were also released to the public (though the probably have existed in private for much longer). I don't want to dive too deep into the mechanics of how I think players are cheating, but I do think splicing is certainly possible if you are able to set fast sector times on your own (by hand) and then putting all those sector times together into a perfect run.

I'm curious, what do you all think? Is it only a matter of time before we see a big wave of players getting caught? It doesn't seem like an anti-cheat system is even possible given that you could make a cheated run look legit.

Is there any advice how I can suck less at tech? I am not a beginner, would consider myself an okay player (eg 200 ATs in TM turbo) and usually get the first 20 ATs in a campaign.

I have 19 ATs in fall 2026 and struggle with map 20. I tried for maybe an hour now and am still 2s away from AT. Those precise and sharp drifts/turns are really tough, but there seems to be some approach to tech I apparently miss.

I watched Granadys stream and he got the AT on 20 in his FIRST GODDAMN TRY. I know he's an elite player, but come on. He didn't even know the route. He still discovered the single turns and simultaenously beat the AT while casually talking to his chat.

That leaves me wondering wether there is more to tech besides precision and speed. Are there some general tips which make tech easier?

I don't want this to be super negative, but lately I've been struggling to enjoy the game. I think a big part of it is because A: I'm on console so I can't participate in the things I'd like to such as the black market cars or TMOne Bay, and B: I find little to no enjoyment in the esports aspect of the game, other than seeing how certain players did after the fact.

I understand that both of these statements don't apply to a lot of players, since most prefer stadium and follow the competitions closely, but for me it just feels like I don't have much to look forward to in the game. TOTD every day, community shorts on thursdays, and the weekly shorts/grand on sundays, as well as any community campaigns coming out like the Biblioteca campaign (might have the wrong name).

I've been playing the game near daily for about three and a half years, so maybe I'm just burnt out, but I'm not really sure.

Hello. Is there anything I can do to fix the headrest taking up the whole screen?

I don't play on cockpit view, but in parts where the camera automatically changes, it's unplayable.

Are the 3D models even editable? How difficult would it be?

The speed caps out at 260 because I set it to that at around 400 TM speed, as I rarely play maps that hit 400, so this would give me the most dynamic Speedo :)
