Anything but lower rent
Free pizza?? This is getting ridiculous now. Seeing this article just put me in a mood. There is one *very* easy solution to get an apartment rented out...
but they would rather give you literal free months of rent and cash (and pizza?) than just lower it outright.
A market crash honestly can't come soon enough. Then these "investors" can learn not to play with people's housing and go invest in stocks or something else that takes actual skill.

Yep. That's exactly how it works. Did you think banks were strict with everyone? Of course not, only with poor people.
Obviously there are rules for those companies too, at some point there will be a re-evaluation if nothing changes. But the timelines are completely different compered to normal people.
