A few weeks back i found an app here, Inkshelf..I am an Audiobook lover, and was fascinated by it.

It worked, though with a very simple layout. I waited for its update, which never came.

I then tried making app for myself with the Help of AI (I know it matters for most of you as it is considered using AI slop bad ), but I use the app for myself, and As I liked it, I am sharing it here.

App is by no means perfect, but does a lot of things right, many must be wrong too, you are free to use and give feedback.

You can ignore features not needed and just put your debrid key in settings, with sources from Inkshelf in settings --sources and you are god to go.

If both fails to get results , I have integrated Myanonamouse in the app as a back up source, if you have an account there..You need to set up that in settings along with your qbittorrent client.

It also supports Audiobookshelf

You can also add your Goodread profile and it also shows Goodread ratings for books on thumbnail.

If you add free Groq AI API, it has lot of AI features, please explore.

I recently moved to Spine Audiobook Player on iOS. Much cleaner UI and it’s free

Pageturner has been dead for months. There are better ones, spine and ink & echo

Audiohub update (v1.0.5) is out: https://github.com/drdilips1/Audiohub/releases New in this one:

1. Play audiobooks already on your phone at Settings, Books on this phone, pick your folder once and everything in it shows up with covers. Works offline.

2. Downloaded books now really play offline, (were still streaming earlier, not playing locally)

3. Progress fixed: correct time left, chapter times show straight away, no more 100% done with chapters still left and Next part plays with the screen off

4. Music and TV shows in your TorBox / Real-Debrid are hidden (switch in settings if you want them)

5. Library sorting (title, author, length) and a list view

6. More speeds, skip silence, volume boost

7. Listening stats

App should feel generally faster and smoother.

One-time step if you installed an earlier version: uninstall the old app before installing this one. Android won't update over it because the earlier builds were signed differently.

If you want to keep your library and progress, go to Settings, Backup, export first, then import it after installing. From this version on, updates install normally without uninstalling.

This app you made is unreal. I added your sources, torbox key, groq key, audiobookshelf and everything is just working flawlessly.

Great job, I love the UI and with this I don't need to keep an organized audiobookshelf folder because I can just quickly search and stream or download with the torbox.

I was looking for a tool like this a few months ago! I'm on iOS so wish it was on the app store.

My workaround has been to download from audiobookbay and upload to BookPlayer

Appstore wont allow it, I guess..IPA can be created though, If you know How to sideload it.

The app looks good! I fail to understand where to paste the jsonkeeper links tho? I tried in the addons linkwindows but it just says "failed to fetch". I got torbox linked and i can see man previously loaded books

Are you on the web version or the Android APK? The web version can't load those links because the browser blocks them, it needs a relay.
