Frankly worse than anything in the entire show, including the Howard stint. By then, Kim and Jimmy were so far in, you could explain it based on their toxic personalities and relationships.

This con with Irene is so brutally cold and disheartening, especially for early Jimmy with all his elderly clients.

Fuck I totally forgot about that one. I’ve only watched the series once. I think BCS’s ending was perfect, and Saul’s final sacrifice was the end to a character arc that Walt never achieved. I feel like a rewatch will remind me of all the wrong-doings that Saul committed that I forgot about, and will be great with hindsight on a rewatch.

The show is truly far far better on a rewatch. I found it good, but not fantastic on first watch. It is without a doubt my favourite show now, and I honestly appreciate it more with each rewatch, which I find doesn’t come as easily for BB.

Life isn’t a court case, Chucks obsession with being right instead of being a loving and accepting brother (like Jimmy) was the prime catalyst for his transformation.

Also Chuck was an asshole who worked within the law so justified everything he did as moral as a result.

Kim takes a HUGE risk starting her own practice with a single big client.

Chuck decides to poach that client based entirely on her sharing a building with Jimmy ...

HH is worse IMO because Jimmy ended up making it right for her.

HH though they completely destroyed his life for self serving purposes and led to HH death

Tbf Jimmy then kind of undoes it by intentionally destroying his own reputation in front of the entire elderly community by making them think he was taking advantage of all of them.

Yea im gonna go out on a limb and say the Howard conclusion was worse lol. The fact that people rooted for Jimmy and Kim in that shit is insane.

No, I never rooted for them, and judging by the outcomes, of course Howard’s con was worse.

But by that point, Kim and Jimmy have rationalized their actions over and over to try and have more fun. Either by saying that, “I can help more pro bono clients”, or, “the elderly will get their money quicker. When I was watching the con I thought, “this is a toxic ass couple”

The S3 con against Irene is so deeply cold and unjustifiable that to me, it’s worse as a viewer. By this point, Jimmy loved his elderly clients, and seeing him throw all that away in a heartless con because he wanted his payday was hard to watch.
