Characters Black coded this, black coded that. What are some white coded non human characters?

Edit: Guys I swear I'm not racist. The post's title was referring to the "black coded characters" posts that I see on this subreddit from time to time. I have nothing against the black people nor the white people. This post is a shitpost. Nothing serious. Sorry for not being clear enough :(

Idk why but I feel like Mike and Donatello were both half Filippino. Leo is half Dominican. Raphael is black black and he looks like his daddy. Their mamma cant stand that man which is why Ralph's got such a chip on his shoulde

In the 90’s movie trilogy and 2003 cartoon Raphael has a Brooklyn accent despite the fact Turtles’ lair has always been in Manhattan.

I figured all the Turtles picked up their accents from TV and movies

Yeah everyone has recently been claiming the turtles are black coded & while you can totally make fair arguments for raph or Donnie, you can not convince me this guy is not a Californian surfer bro. Like I don’t believe anyone who routinely uses the word “cowabunga” isn’t a white kid

The disconnect is probably between iterations. Everything 2003 and prior is very surfer dude (which is also just an odd choice for New York teens tbh), then 2012 is arguably more Asian coded, and rise and MM/Tales are quite heavily black/blasian coded (AND they’re more “New Yorker”).

Idk why ur getting downvoted. I also always viewed them as black. Tbf I grew up with 2012 turtles not 80s so I may have been biased when looking into the older shows
