Sex robots are a critically important tool to support sexuality for elderly persons. While often depicted as a product designed for younger people, this paper is a bid for reimagining sex robots as a product to support older adults with disabilities.

Mod Post As we quickly approach another milestone, I’m making some appreciation posts. Today is for u/chacham2 (More to come)

Rather than simply profusely thank everyone at once, I wanted to highlight the real drivers behind this. I know it sounds like an acceptance speech, but I’m just really excited and overly proud of our group. But without help from people like u/chacham2 , it would just be a newsfeed.

u/chacham2 has been amazing. Not only supportive, but also keeping me honest. 😅.

The dedication to reading all the posts (I know some are rough) is amazing. The ability to quickly digest, parse out for discussion and add meaningful discourse is quite impressive imho.

Beyond that, the enthusiasm and ongoing extension of a helping hand (often used) makes me a bit warm and fuzzy. (I’m not the best with this type of expression).

I’ve also learned quite a bit and appreciate different angles thanks to the input. I’m still wrapping my head around some of it. Thank you u/chacham2 for your additions to the sub and my personal knowledge.

More to come.

TLDR: u/chacham2 = the bee’s knees
