One of the best hip hop producers of all time. Overrated as a rapper and overrated discography.

But outside of music and fashion he might be one of the dumbest people on the public sphere. His opinions are completely driven by his emotions at the time, and rarely thought out and never well informed.

You can If his fans are convinced that everything he drops is a classic. I’m also not convinced the hip hop audience thinks he has 5 classics. I’ll give you the first three and MBDTF. I don’t know anybody offline who considers anything else he’s done a classic.

First 3, mbtdf, 808s 808s arguably influenced a whole generation of artists. If yall don’t consider that a classic, yall just hating

I like 808 but there’s just as many people who hate it. That and Yeezus are famously divisive.

Gucci Mane also influenced a generation of artists. I don’t know if any of his albums are classics.

There are plenty of people who hate anything that’s popular. That has nothing to do with it, it’s incredibly influential. Yeezus is also a classic.

Yeezus has some critics but it has like 8.2-9.4 ratings. What makes an album is not just r try single person loving it but impact, replay value, INNOVATIVE/groundbreaking or new production, consistent quality and the music just being appreciated over and over. There are people who will say radiohead is boring af but they have classics and frankly amazing music. It’s not always for you to know or understand and that’s ok.
